Spacious 3 bedroom ‘penthouse’ apartment situated directly on Bourke Street ski run adjacent to Arlberg Hotel. This executive apartment has been recently renovated. Enjoy stunning views of entire village and across to surrounding Alps. Prime Ski in Ski out location.
Open plan living area with hydronic heating. Plenty of sofa seating, spacious0 dining area. Well appointed brand new kitchen. Laundry facilities in apartment. Balcony looking over Village and Bourke Street. Living room has flat screen smart TV with Free to Air plus Hdmi functional.
Spacious generous bedrooms also with views and ample storage. Main bedroom has a Queen bed with Adult Retreat sitting area, balcony plus ensuite with spa bath. Second Bedroom has amazing views with a Tri-Bunk and sitting area. Third Bedroom has 2 sets of bunks. There are also 2 trundles when needed. All bedrooms have smart TV's. Suitable for Free to Air plus Hdmi functional. Main bathroom also freshly renovated.

Amazing stay

Absolutely accommodating, did not realise that we had to pick up the key from Mansfield and we came by tour bus, but they were super lovely enough to send the key up to us :) The place was clean and comfortable, thank you so much for the lovely stay

be very careful with this one

cold and old . the heating was terrible , we were so cold we left after 1 night and there is no refund , $$$ gone ,it was also a construction site with one balcony having a danger sign on it also no car parking as construction machinery was parked there with scafolding everywhere. I have stayed in over 500 hotels etc in 80 different countries and 6 storeys was the highest in china without a lift but this was 7. Not even long life milk for coffee. The owners should be ashamed

Luxury and peace on the Mountain

With only us staying in the entire building, 701 was exactly what we were looking for . The Peace and serenity was amazing. This apartment is incredibly well set up. quality finishes, from lovely beds, right through to a coffee machine that wasn't just discount junk. WIFI and a smart TV meant that at the end of a day of trekking, you could relax in style and the view from the balcony is brilliant. Those that get to stay here over the winter are incredibly lucky. The owner of this building has supplied a quality relaxing stay for those who book, you will not be disappointed & this must be one of the best apartments on the mountain. Don't be fooled by the rustic outside appearance. We only got to stay 29 hours at this apartment before we had to evacuate due to the fires and this short time had a profound affect on us. imagine how we would have been if we got the full 5 days originally booked, this accommodation is top notch. A huge call of thanks and gratitude must go out to Alpine Rentals. They take a no risk attitude to the fires burning in the area and warned us to leave, long before the area was upgraded to a more dangerous zone.. Special thanks to Chris who found us more accommodation at 10pm , when we had to leave. This company is not only Ethical but caring and very down to earth, "country folk" - as Christine describes them. We thought they were fantastic and thank them very much, for both our stays which were eventually cancelled due to the fires. 701A Twin towers is one of the best places we have stayed and although cut short, it is in our minds for another time.
