This two level apartment has a security entrance and a secure under cover parking space ( with remote control gate)
The charming loft bedroom is upstairs and overlooks the spacious living and dining area downstairs.
Set in a boutique block of just 8 other units this gorgeous home offers rustic floorboards and stainless steel appliances.
High pitched ceilings give a warm cozy feel to this modern apartment.
This apartment will suit singles, couples or small families (baby cot and high chair and baby safety kit available by request)

Small to medium sized (10kg max) indoor dogs are welcome with prior approval.
Cats are not permitted in the apartment on stays shorter than 1 month
- Cats may be permitted on stays of 1 month or longer with an $800 bond
- The cat bond will be returned pending cleaning of the apartment and if no cat urine smells are found anywhere. Any smell will result in the loss of your bond due to cleaning and deodorizing required.
All other pet policies also apply to cats as well.
Guests with pets must notify the property manager at time of booking.

What makes this property unique
Waterloo is a very small block and really quiet, you’ll hear birds sing in the morning. The cute slanted roof and loft bedroom is one of a kind. No two apartments are the same in the block. Mine is the only one with this sort of split level design.
