Strategically situated in Davenport, our villa offers seamless access to key Florida highways like I-4 and US 192, placing shopping centers, dining options, nature trails, and conservation areas at your fingertips. Plus, you're just minutes away from iconic theme parks like Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, making it the perfect base for adventure seekers.

The ground floor opens to a generously sized kitchen, living, and dining area, all overlooking a sun-drenched private pool and spa within a screened patio that faces a serene lake. Unwind with a film on the 65” Smart TV after a day of exploration. This level houses two bedrooms: the master suite with a King Size bed, 60” Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with a Queen Size bed and 40” Smart TV. Conveniently located near the kitchen is a laundry room, and outdoor dining under the lanai is an option for those warm, balmy evenings. The garage, converted into a GameRoom featuring a Foosball Table, adds an extra layer of fun, while additional parking is readily available.
The upper floor hosts the principal master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, King Size bed, and 60” Smart TV. Additional accommodations include a bedroom with Twin-over-Twin Bunkbed and another with a Twin and Full Size bed, each equipped with a 40” Smart TV. An extra space with a 60” Smart TV offers a cozy spot for movie nights.

* To access Solterra Resort amenities, there is a fee payable directly at the clubhouse. The fee is $35 for groups of up to 12 guests or $45 for groups of 13 or more. This is a one-time fee for your entire stay.
Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire House during your stay. That includes all 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.
We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.
We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

If you have your own vehicle, Solterra Resort provides ample parking spaces for guests. Simply follow the signs within the resort to locate your designated parking area. Please ensure that you adhere to any parking regulations to avoid any inconvenience.

Please refer to the resort map or inquire at the resort's front desk for specific locations and operating hours.
3. Local Transportation Services: if you prefer to explore the surrounding area or visit nearby attractions without driving, there are several transportation options available:
- Taxis: Local taxi services are readily available and can be hailed or called for pick-up. You can ask our staff for recommendations or contact the resort's front desk for assistance in arranging taxi services.
- Rideshare Apps: Popular rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, providing a convenient and affordable transportation option. Simply download the app on your smartphone, set your pickup location, and request a ride to your desired destination.
- Public Transportation: The public transportation options in the area may vary. We recommend checking with the resort's front desk or conducting a quick online search to find out about bus routes, schedules, and fares, if available.
4. Rental Cars:
If you didn't bring your own vehicle and prefer the convenience of having a car at your disposal, there are several car rental agencies located nearby. You can arrange for a rental car prior to your arrival or inquire us for assistance in finding a suitable rental service.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!
✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.
✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.
✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

We have full-time handymen, managers, inspectors, and housekeeping staff available within our company schedule to support you.
