Private, quiet. Industrial style home. A perfect getaway from the busy city. A stones throw to The Pines Beach Hall for weddings and functions. Or down to the creek for white-baiting and fishing. Beach is walking distance (or you can drive to the beach car park. Forest Walkways and cycle tracks. This home is in a wonderful location with views to the mountains. The wetlands are home to Pukeko's and native birds. A beautifully renovated home in a relaxing beach haven.

Very handy to wedding venue

I selected this property due to its very close location to The Pines Hall and the beach for a wedding we were attending. The property was very clean and tidy, everything supplied and good communication with the owner. Just one point to make. I feel if I don't say then how will the owner know. The mattresses on the bunk beds, the one I slept on anyway, was very uncomfortable . Perhaps a thick rubber mattress with a memory foam topper pad will make for a much more comfortable night's sleep. No issues with any of the other beds nor the overall experience - just the bunks. Thank you Lynda

Perfect for us

Perfect spot for us to visit family in Woodend. Close to amenities in Kaiapoi and lovely quiet, rural setting. House was very comfortable and warm. Lynda was very helpful and accommodating.
