Family Broadbeach Abode is a single level, family and Pet Friendly (on application) holiday home located in Broadbeach Waters on the water with your own sandy beach, private pontoon which is great for bring your own boat, hiring one or fishing and crab catching - rods and crab pots all supplied.

A Playground, with flat grass area to kick a ball or just run around! - This whole property is secure for parent’s peace of mind.

This fabulous house is fully Air-conditioned - every bedroom (all 5 of them!) and the living areas have their own aircon unit for your personal comfort. Two amazing outdoor entertaining areas - one pool side and the other waterside with the indoors living area opening up to both areas!

The Huge salt water pool with a double egg chair to relax and watch the children swim. Or sit in the twin rocking lounger on the Main deck with amazing views over the water out to the night lights of Broadbeach.

Enjoy a game of Pool or just relax around the large table with friends and family.

Family Paradise Abode is an immaculately clean 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Waterfront family home. Centrally located in the heart of Broadbeach Waters on a quiet cul-de-sac. Close to public transport and walking distance to local shops. (Chemist, bottle store, supermarket, cafes and bakery and the weekend Carrara Markets)

Gold Coast Abode can comfortably accommodate 12 guests, in 9 beds (mix of adults and children) and is perfect for families holidaying together. With its amazing outlook, brilliant location this single level dwelling is truly a beautifully appointed home, with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Pricing is based on the basic family of 4 to 6 guests - when we run a special for small groups some bedrooms may be locked off. Extra guests up to 12 small charge.

The Master Bedroom has fabulous views of the water from your Queen bed, a walk in robe, TV, safe, ensuite and aircon

Bed Two: 2 King single beds, TV, views of the pool and aircon
Bed Three: Queen bed, pool views and aircon
Bed Four: Queen bed and aircon
Bed Five: Kids Zone – large room with an amazing Princess Castle as a King Single bed and two single beds. Extra single bed can be added. TV, kids toys and books, airocn.

Baby equipment - Poratcot, stroller and highchair also available please advise.

The chef’s kitchen is well equipped with quality utensils, pots and pans, plastic wear for children and around the pool area, loads of crockery and cutlery etc. A wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, rice cooker, blender and large fridge/freezer etc will make any cook delighted. Second fridge is outside to keep your beers and wines cold.

Fabulous alfresco dinning, is made easy with a BBQ, outdoor seating and a man’s fridge located on the extra-large secure deck, with views across the water, to the lights of Broadbeach in the evening. This all leads off the living area. Through two sets of doors.

The laundry is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron & board.
Enjoy the large saltwater pool, Quality Beach Towels supplied and is fully fenced for parent’s piece of mind.

The pontoon which is only meters to the Main River with ocean access is ready to receive your boat, or hire one to enjoy the waterways the Gold Coast has to offer. Try catching your evening meal, with the crab pots and fishing rods supplied for your enjoyment.

This is a fully fenced and secure property, with a double automated lock up carport and sensor lights. You are surrounded by multimillion dollar homes on a very quiet cul-de-sac street. Off street parking is also available.

All Quality linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets and towels/beach towels) The house has air-conditioning to ALL the rooms, smoke detectors, and lock up carport for two cars, plus parking on the quiet street. Many towels are supplied!
