White water rafters paradise with Ocoee & the Nantahala River 30 minutes away! Boat, Raft, & Kayak rentals are available. We have a spacious Pool at the clubhouse with a Gym, Tennis, & Volleyball court. Bear Paw is gated and staffed with 24/7 security guard on site. Some of the most beautiful scenery in the Smokey’s!

Wish we had longer to enjoy it!

We were a group of 12 that ended up being only 10. This house has something for everyone. Take a walk around the lake. Ride one of the bikes. Use the telescope to see the stars. Enjoy the birds as they perch near you. Wonderful tv porch with mood lighting off the center floor. Tons of games. Best of all….hot tub!

Filthy and cluttered

There was a lot of clutter and carpet was stained. No bed sheets, and stuff was piled in the corners! Would not recommend staying here!

Guests did not notify they were planning on checking in first thing in the morning. They arrived at 10am and left the place with garbage overflowing. I was left in a difficult spot trying to make decisions on whether to contact Vrbo and add additional charges or simply notify guests. Would not recommend hosting this group as they complained after I called in. One night stay.
