Walk to Beach & Village

This modernly designed home is 1 km to the village, beach & Blairgowrie Yacht Club.

It beautifully integrates indoor and outdoor living by opening the huge glass sliding doors to combine them together and give the relaxed holiday vibe. The house is perfectly set up for the family getaway & would quite easily suit two small families.

Imagine entertaining in the kitchen around the large island bench or relaxing on the deck, cooking a BBQ and entertaining friends while enjoying watching the kids playing outside jumping endlessly on the in ground trampoline.

The house can be divided into three sections.

At one end is the Master Bedroom 1 (Queen Bed) with Ensuite and Bedroom 2 (Single Bed with mattress under) and a powder room.

The middle of the house is comprised of a large open plan living, dining and kitchen with a large island bench, all of opening up onto the alfresco and garden area, which has an in ground trampoline (an absolute hit with the kids), and an outdoor play area with slide and swing set. Also is a second living room which is ideal as a retreat from the main area or a great space for the kids.

The third part of the house at the other end is comprised of Bedroom 3 (Double Bed and Single Bed), Bedroom 4 (Double Bed), and a Bathroom and Laundry.

Take a day trip out to the wineries, play golf at the world class golf courses that the area has to offer, hit the beaches, go surfing, the options are endless. We're sure you'll love your stay here.

Great stay with the kids
The property is in immaculate condition and we had a wonderful stay. Location is fantastic and generally a quiet street. The layout was great for us as my father and his partner were also staying with our family so we were able to sleep at opposite ends of the house to avoid any disturbance/noise during the night with the kids. The house is wonderful, lovely and light and spacious, great furnishings and super comfortable. Kids loved the trampoline however I didn't enjoy removing possum poo from it each morning as it is located under a tree that they must enjoy frequenting. The house is well appointed however my feedback would be to include some sort of coffee making facilities, some tools for the bbq and better knives as they were very blunt and difficult to use. I felt that linen should be included in a rental of this cost. It added expense to our trip as we didn't have existing linen in the sizes of the bed configuration. I appreciate that wouldn't be a problem for some, however if the rental was cheaper I wouldn't have minded. Overall we had a great stay and everything ran like clockwork. It missed a few items that would have made our stay more enjoyable however these are small issues and I would recommend the house to others. Thank you :)

Fabulous property
We had the best time at Greg and Sari’s place, it was spotlessly clean and organized. Very comfortable, great location and the kids had the best time outside on the lovely play area and trampoline. Thanks again Greg and Sari

Hello my name is Greg. My wife and I bought this house in 2013 and being a builder we added a substantial sized extention and renovated the existing house to match the new extension. We live here permanantly with our two children and love the lifestyle living on the Mornington Peninsula.

Why they chose this property

If you are a family with young children you will love this property. The outdoor area is perfect for kids. There is a playground and in ground trampoline, all of which can be seen from the deck area, kitchen and lounge room so you can always keep an eye out. The second living area is also great for the kids to hang out while the adults can have some time out and chill in the main living area and the outdoor deck.

What makes this property unique

The Mornington Peninsula is very unique, in particular Blairgowrie being the narrowest part of the Peninsula with Port Phillip Bay on one side and the Ocean on the other. During the summer period the population booms with holidays makers.
