Greenhead South Bay Escape - a minute walk to the beach

Situated in the quiet hamlet of Greenhead overlooking the beautiful South Bay and well maintained ocean side Cliff Park. Only 2.5 hours drive from Perth via the scenic Indian Ocean Drive and 30 kms north of the well serviced town of Jurien Bay.

The Space

This home offers three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, two sitting areas equipped with satellite TV, two dining areas, a large bathroom/laundry with washing machine and toilet plus a 2nd full bathroom and toilet accessed externally. A wood fired heater provides warmth in the winter months.

The Master Bedroom is upstairs and had a queen size bed.
Downstairs are 2 more bedrooms. BR2 has a queen bed plus bunk beds and BR3 has a double plus bund beds.

The Neighbourhood

Quiet country retreat with great views over the bay. Fantastic walking trails around a number of very scenic bays. Dynamite bay is just around the corner and has a great Cafe and sells the best fish & chips in Green Head.

Amazing views of South Beach that were do lovely to wake up to, or just stare out at throughout the day. Fully enclosed yard was great for the kids. Dynamite Bay and Rocky Bay are magic sheltered beaches within walking distance of the property. The whole family had a great time.

Perfect location

Clean home with everything you need. We stayed for Christmas and new years and had the best time. Our two kids loved being so close to the water and having a yard to run around in. The outdoor shower was great for when we came home from the beach.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway

The location is perfect, overlooking South Beach and just a short walk to Dynamite Bay. The house is very comfortable and family friendly. It’s equipped with everything you need, dishwasher, decent size fridge/freezer, appliances, cooking facilities,2 tvs, aircon, comfortable beds. The only minor disappointment was that the bbq was not usable, but it didn’t affect our overall experience. We’d love to come back soon.

Good 2 weeks over the Xmas new years break. A bit windy but over all it Wes good. Great fishing don’t have to go far to get big fish. Views was great and house set up was good

Lovely house; everything we needed; kind accessible helpful host. Quantity of kelp on the beach a concern especially at night when the smell was pretty terrible. We had to keep all the windows shut until the wind changed. We were very grateful for the beautiful sweet second bathroom in the shed!

Lovely property right across the road from the boat ramp. Place was clean and well equiped. We had a hiccup with the septics and the inside bathroom and toilet which mean that we had to use the bathroom facilities in the shed. Advised the property owners who were great but unfortunately as it was a sat couldnt get it fixed..Didnt stop us from enjoying our girlies getaway..would recomment this property

Did the trick nicely! There is stairs from the upstairs bedroom to the toilet so keep that in mind for those that would be effected by that!
