Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Condo has the best view on Tybee. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Great Experience

We found the listing to be completely accurate. Beautiful space and amazing location. The only thing I would point out is that there are no "extras" here - plan to bring everything you need/want for a day at the beach including towels, chairs, etc. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo. Better Location!

I loved staying here. September was an amazing month to come. The beach was never crowded. Our own slice of paradise. So close to the hwy to Savannah… so only about a 15 min drive one way. The condo was gorgeous and the neighborhood was so clean and quiet. Best vacation I’ve had in a while. Thank you!

Awesome beach community with easy Savannah access

The condo was perfect - clean, great view, plenty of space for 6 of us, elevator for my parents, easy access to the beach/pool for my kids. The beach wasn’t crazy busy during the week which was nice. Cute stores and coffee shop within walking distance of the property, great restaurants on the island, and short drive into Savannah. My only feedback is the kitchen was a little light on utensils for 6 people and the fridge had a beeping we couldn’t get to stop. Would happily stay there again.

Bay View Villas

This is a corner unit with a beautiful water and sunset view - both from the balcony and from the living room and kitchen. The rooms were large and the unit offered plenty of naturally lit space. The pool area was well maintained with easy access and the beach access was convenient and close. Once on the beach the walking was unimpeded for 4-5 miles if desired. The beach had great shells and even an occasional shark tooth to be found. The property manager was very responsive both by email and phone. I would highly recommend this property to someone looking for a beautiful view and great beach access. We are glad we stayed here.

Very disappointed that the condo did not include everything that we needed for a stay at the beach. Usually owners even give you a little something extra....not this place. No chairs for the beach, no towels for the beach. Only one pass to get into the gated community even though they allow two cars. Will pay closer attention to the fine print from now on.

Great condo, location was ok

The check in process was slightly frustrating. We had no idea of an exact check in time, so we had to kill time until we got a call we could check in. Not fun with kids when we had already been on the road for 5 hours. The GPS kept taking us to a different location for the main office but we finally found it following the directions provided by the office (which I should have done first!) The condo was amazing, views were unbelievable, we watched dolphins from the balcony while drinking our morning coffee. Everything was very clean. My one complaint was the location the condo was in, it was inside another gated community. We were given 1 key card for 2 vehicles. If my parents left to sight see on their own while we took our kids elsewhere we'd have to walk back and let them in. Each time we did this we would get yelled at by neighbors asking where we were staying and if we were allowed 2 cars. Happened multiple times. Overall the condo was great, we enjoyed our stay, just a few slight issues. After contacting them, they did offer a second key card..it was just closer to our departure and was no longer needed.

Great location and nice view

Great location away from all of the crowds - loved the bay side! Sunset was beautiful and we got to see some dolphins from the balcony. Condo was very nice. Elevator was slow and barely worked, we ended up having to carry all of our luggage and things up the stairs and down.

Disappointed

Positives: Absolutely comfortable for our family vacation of 6 adults and 2 children -- plenty of living room seating to allow for movie watching, a rather large dining room table that was utilized for several game nights, a roomy kitchen for multiple 'chefs', and all of this overlooked a spectacular view of the ocean. Negatives: No pool access (apparently being renovated???), severe parking limitations which caused massive (and constant irritating) vehicle arrangement issues (assigned parking bay and spots were utilized by a construction company that would NOT move materials and equipment!), all ceiling fans either not working at all by controller and/or made large noise racquet by being unbalanced, the A/C was control-locked which caused rather warm temperatures in several bedrooms, the water heater would not stay hot for any Master Bedroom Shower/Tub usage (call was made to Maintenance with no follow up regarding issue, and repair was clearly not addressed), and upon departure, you will encounter a mandatory order to wash (and put away!!) the entire kitchen, you must be certain to clean the entire unit, as well as ensure the required removal of all garbage down to the dumpsters -- tip: run the dishwasher cycle the evening before/wake up super early or you won't make the 10:00am Check Out We definitely appreciate the effort the owners have taken into the coziness/family atmosphere created. Do note that if you have anything negative to post, Vrbo will prohibit it, and those true experiences/disclosures would've surely made a selection difference.

Perfect Getaway!

From the moment we arrived at Tybee Beach Vacation rentals, I knew we had made the right choice for our vacation. We had to wait no more than 15 mins while the condo was being sanitized. The property manager said he would bring us a little something because we had to wait. My son commented that the customer service was stellar and I agree. The condo was huge and immaculate. Huge master bedroom and en suite. Large comfy couch! Beautiful decor.... and the view. We spent hours, sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins, boats and sunsets. I did not want to leave!! I would definitely recommend this property and I will rent it again!! No complaints at all!

Little things matter too.

The condo was nice however paying the price we did expected the little things to be better. 1. The first two bedrooms were so hot, would have been nice if there was a fan. Temperature set in 70 which is fine however those rooms were probably more like 80 degrees. 2. The main bedroom door could not be closed. It needs to be adjusted, should be fixed and not an issue. 3. Some tv remotes did not have batteries. With the price we paid they all should be working and have batteries. 4. Patio door was missing a screw on the handle. Was like that when we got there and should have been fixed. 5. Washer is not level and did not was good as a result. Again paying the price we did, the little things add to frustration. You could rock the washer back and forth with your hand. First time we rented from this company but we have stayed at this place five different times.
