With 4 bedrooms, large brand new bathroom and 2 toilets, bring all the family or friends. Bedrooms all set up with comfortable beds.

Positioned on a huge 1200m2 block, the property is the ideal combination - offering the space and feel of an 'old style' family holiday house with updated features and comforts. That the family will love.

Recently renovated with hardwood floors throughout, and combination of gas and electric heating. Sea Salt has reverse cycle Air Conditioning as well as bedroom ceiling fans.

With 3 living spaces and 2 standalone living areas, giving the kids their own space and TV so you can enjoy your holiday retreat. The property has a new BBQ.

With huge outdoor hardwood deck with north facing and afternoon sun aspect allowing the adults the perfect place to open the Bar and BBQ dinner.

Everything you need for a great family holiday

We loved our stay. We had three generations staying together. Loads of space, brilliantly equipped, huge backyard and just minutes walk from the shops and beach. We would highly recommend this property to families.

Cosy, bright house with everything you could need

We had a terrific stay here with our two small kids. The beds are comfy, and there is heaps of space to spend time together, including a big well maintained garden with lots of grass to play on. We were able to walk to cafes, restaurants and the beach and there are magnificent sites to visit across the Otways. The kitchen was well supplied with equipment, which is a helpful detail. We all feel relaxed after a few days hearing the ocean all day. Hopefully we’ll visit again soon!

The perfect garden for a dog friendly stay

We’ve had a fantastic experience with our two dogs and selected this property based on the secure and fully fenced yard, and it was perfect! So relaxing to be able to close the front gate and know they couldn’t escape. Appreciated the sunny lounge room that was well equipped with comfy armchairs and couches. Perfect location a 10 minute walk from shops and beach. We only had a short stay, so didn’t take advantage of everything this property has on offer, but will be back for a longer visit. This property would be ideal for a family getaway, with a huge dining table, plenty of outdoor furniture, deck, BBQ, etc. Kate was such a great host; it was a real pleasure!

Apollo Bay getaway

Property was in a great location, easy walking distance to coffee, shops and beach. Plenty of space in the backyard for the dogs and kids to run around, the house had everything we needed and Kate was a pleasure to deal with. Will be coming back we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

perfect location old fashion fun

This property has a huge backyard and is just a short walk into town. The house is 70's beach shack which is great. There are good bedrooms, I thought at first the bed was going to be wayyy too soft when I sat on it but I slept very well and it was very comfy no niggles in the morning. A nice walk into town (5 minutes or so). Love that we were given the option of all rooms even though there were 4 of us, and respectfully we only used what we needed) Negatives: It is generally well set up but the outdoor furniture does not look like it is usable, one of the couches in the lounge room is way too old uncomfortable and lumpy to sit on and there are chairs broken in the lounge (antique types in the lounge that just look like they are ready for reupholstering not for sitting.) It is always a hassle taking own linen and paying close to $400 a night it was a bit of a burn, but I think that is just the way things are. There are lots of places to sit and areas in the house so it isn't much of a drama and I would stay again. With the price I would just suggest investing back in to the place and getting a new outdoor setting and couch and you are good for a perfect seaside stay! So great being able to take our doggy too! So thank you Kate for a great stay
