Welcome to Aunty Wins - Spacious and family friendly.

This large, family friendly house is located within a short 10-15 min stroll of the main swimming beach and shopping strip of Apollo Bay, on the iconic Great Ocean Road, where you will find wonderful cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping. Aunty Wins is the perfect holiday home for the larger family or two smaller families wanting to share the holiday experience.
You will also find new flooring has just been placed through main living area and 3 bedrooms ( 2021 ).

Large, old home beautifully maintained

The house was exactly as described on the website and large enough for my children, partners and their children to all have their own space, but also the house had a warm and cosy feel. I found the history of the house interesting and it has been renovated very well whilst still being authentic to the era of the house. Nothing has been left to chance and we had all the creature comforts of home and was also exceptionally clean. The house is easy walking distance to the beach and marginally further to the shopping area - but still an enjoyable walk.

Lovely mini-break

This was a great house for a mini-break for two families. With two separate living areas, two bathrooms, three toilets and a lot of outdoor space, we had a very relaxing stay. The location was an easy walk into town and the beach and even our 4 year old did it everyday.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Aunty Wins and we feel absolutely at home here. Everything is done to make your stay as comfortable and as convenient as possible. The house is spacious and clean and has a beautiful vibe about it. If possible, I would always choose Aunty Wins to stay at when I go to Apollo Bay.

Perfect.

We had the most wonderful time staying at this property. The photos do not do it justice. There is a new lounge suite which was extremely comfortable and not what youd expect at a holiday house. The queen bed was better than my own bed at home! Aunty Wins owners have thought of everything. The place is huge but looks like a tiny cottage from the front and so pretty. You could separate the rumpus noise from the lounge so the kids could enjoy playing pool while the adults could have some peace. It was very interesting reading the history of the house and it has such a great feel about it. Was a little out of our price range but Im glad we were able to have four nights there.

Great pool table

Good location and liked the addition of a pool table for the kids. Couple of small issues, either a rat or possum living in the wall made night sleeping a bit hard for the upstairs bedroom, ant infestation in the kitchen not great and minimal fly spray provided and for a 10 birth house 1 roll of spare toiler paper a bit stingy. Needed to purchase surface spray, more loo paper and befriend the friend in the wall. Otherwise, nice home to stay in.
