Lochiel at Bawley Point

Lochiel at Bawley is a spacious renovated beach house. A large deck overlooks the ocean with 180 degree views up the coastline. One can walk down to the beach from the front steps.

Accommodation consists of -
Bedroom 1 - King bed & ensuite
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
Bedroom 3 - Double bed
Bedroom 4 - Two single beds

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and 2 ovens, as well as a breakfast bar.

The lounge area has super sized sofas for relaxed entertaining.

A separate family area has a large Smart TV and DVD player.

In addition to the front deck there is an additional patio area equipped with outdoor seating and barbecue.

Surfing is popular in the area and there are 3 beaches within walking distance from the house. One can watch the waves from the deck and if lucky may catch glimpses of dolphins and whales. The area has many leisure activities including paddle boarding, great walks, and tennis and golfing facilities nearby.

Cleaning and linen (excluding towels) is included in the rental price.

This house is perfectly positioned with stupendous views and easy walking to two beaches. It’s well appointed with everything you need for an enjoyable beach holiday.

Fabulous short stay

Fabulous location, ideal size and magnificent views. Little hanging space and no towels provided so pack these things and keep in mind if staying a while

A Great Experience

We had a rough start to our holiday experiencing a 24 hour blackout. The owners of the house could not have been more helpful- doing whatever they could to get us through a difficult time without power or water. Then the sun came out! Beautiful Bawley!! Never disappoints!!

Amazing spot

The property had an absolutely stunning location and we loved our stay. A few recommendations, We were there for wedding however there wasn’t any iron or ironing board. The property also didn’t have any laundry so you couldn’t stay at this property for any longer the. ~3days unless you pack a lot of clothes. Some of the rooms had a very mouldy/musty smell in them like they had been closed up for a while. We were only provided with one bin bag. The BBQ was left dirty with mouse poo on it. Overall we loved our stay and would come back over and over again but the above was a little disappointing

Hi Tristan, Thank you for your comments. We do have an iron, ironing board, and laundry. This was the second (labelled) key provided to you. There is also a full roll of bin bags in the bottom kitchen drawer, as well as shopping bags in the side table. As I mentioned in my welcome note, please call or text me any time if you need anything - I could have told you where to find them. We are very thorough with our cleaning & the house is in pretty constant use at this time of year. No one has mentioned any smell, but we’ll look into it. Unfortunately we can’t control the outdoors - a little mouse may have stopped by the BBQ after the cleaners had left. Glad you enjoyed your stay nonetheless. Best regards Kate
