A very nice place to stay, spacious and comfortable. The only drawback was no wifi, which may not matter to some, but when you are from overseas and would like to check emails this is a drawback.

Self contained flat under a house with original furniture. Depends what you are looking for but we like to be more independent like self check in and didn’t realise no wifi. Owner was nice and helpful, turned outside lights on for us.

Jill was a wonderful host, warm and accommodating from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect for us as it was just a short walk from Underground Wines, where we had an event. The property had everything we needed, including a fan in the bedroom, air conditioning, and a BBQ. The space was comfortable and well-appointed, making it easy to relax after a big night. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A cosy and cute place to stay

The location of the property is fantastic and close proximity to the heart of Mt. Eliza. It has some great outdoor spaces to enjoy and a neat and tidy kitchen area.

A great option for our short getaway to the Peninsula. We spent a lot of time in the house on a lazy long weekend. It was very comfortable and well equipped. Jill and Merv were very considerate hosts.

A weekend on the Mornington peninsula

We met the owners and they showed us through the apartment it was spotless and needed nothing everything was there even a sun room which. We used for happy hour a beautiful oasis in mt Eliza Thank you Jill and Merv

Quiet and Serene

Thank you for a lovely stay. The outdoor area was the highlight. Amazing space with the sound of a water fountain and just enjoying the sunshine was great. Great location it was near the main street of Mornington. Clean and comfortable. Thank you!

All we wanted and more

Hosts were looking out for us when we arrived. They graciously explained all we needed to know. Inside and out our accommodation was much more spacious than we anticipated. It’s only an hour’s drive from our home and a few minutes drive from the beach so we definitely hope to return.
