ABSOLUTE WATERFRONT HOUSE IN MULWALA YARRAWONGA

Luxury waterfront double storey home situated on the "golden mile" in Mulwala.
Peaceful and quiet surroundings, ideally suited to large groups.
Downstairs consists of one queen bedroom, sleeping two people and one bathroom. Rumpus room has one fold out leather sofa, with double innerspring mattress, able to sleep two people(bedding is supplied for the sofa bed).
Extra large family room.
Upstairs consists of four bedrooms, capable of sleeping twelve. Two queen bedrooms, each with own en-suites. One bedroom with two single beds and a queen bed and one bedroom with four single beds sharing another bathroom with separate toilet.
Large family room.
Upstairs also has two separate balconies.

Home has a huge fully equipped kitchen with two fridge/freezers.
Dining room consists of large table (4.8m x 1200mm) with seating for 12 people.

Heating is provided by ducted gas throughout the house.
Fully air-conditioned, with two large Bonaire air-conditioners.

Large outside entertainment area.

Laundry facilities.
Bath mats, face washers, hand towels, tea towels supplied.
Bed linen provided.

BYO Towels.

Clear access for large boats with towers to private boat ramp.
Ample secure parking for cars, boats and trailers.
Undercover storage 11m x 3m x 3.5m high.

Secure childproof yard from water and road.
Modern and quality furnished throughout.

A great place to relax, fish from the jetty (rod holders provided) - play golf or enjoy water sports - ski from the jetty. Access own private boat ramp at rear of house.

Courtesy buses available to and from all clubs.

Supermarket close by.

Family Gathering

We were an extended family group of 12 adults. The house was perfect in size to enable all ages to be comfortable and have their own space if required. The house was immaculately clean, furnished well and location was amazing. Highly recommend this property and will definitely be back.

Property is in lovely spot , house needs some maintenance

There were a few items including the pull out bed that was broken hence could not be used. Bbq ignitions are not there so it has to be lit manually . Air con kept turning itself off , glass gate does not shut after the sun gets on it so this was a problem with the young kids as it has access to the lake. Apart from that the house is big and does cater for large families.

From the minute we walked in the door , it felt so warm and inviting. Beautiful layout for 8 adults and 4 children . Comfortable and relaxing . Impressive beyond expectations

As a big group of kids and adults this property ticked all of the boxes. The lake is spectacular and the huge array of seating and open windows to view the lake made this a very enjoyable stay. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the two fridges ensured beers were kept cold as well as food kept fresh. We will be back, several COD were caught off the jetty and having a boat ramp to use was the cherry on top. Thank you Kaye!
