'Crescent Bay' is located just 400m from the beach and town centre, this holiday house is close to all the great things Dunsborough has to offer.

Start your mornings off with a stroll into town for coffee or breakfast or head on down to the beach and use the parks, playgrounds or cycle paths all accessible from this home.

Refurbished with timber floors, new blinds, reverse cycle air conditioning, carpeted bedrooms and 2 renovated bathrooms.

The main house has reverse cycle air conditioning, three large size bedrooms, a bathroom and a second shower/toilet in the laundry. An open plan dining/living with an LCD TV and a fully equipped kitchen.

The air-conditioned Studio retreat (great for another couple or the 'in-laws') has a queen size bed, en-suite, wardrobe, living area, LCD TV and DVD.

The enclosed back yard has an undercover alfresco, with table sitting for 8 and an outdoor BBQ, a great place to relax any time of the day.

The large driveway makes parking a boat or caravan simple with ample room for vehicles.

Perfect Stay for extended family

Ideal property for our family of two young kids and grandparents. Cupboard full of board games was lovely surprise for the kids. Our spaniel also joined with secure backyard on offer. Short walk to beach and centre of Dunsborough town - perfect!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely little house. It contained everything we required for a happy family holiday. The additional shower in the main house was a bonus and the granny flat was an excellent option for our 20 yo that required his own space. Conveniently located to Dunsborough town and the beach.

Great place. only minor concern was main house TV not a Smart TV so couldn't log into Kayo to watch sport.Only 400m from town centre and eateries or shopping.Felt secure and safe while staying here which is important.The facilities were great with a dishwasher and some tea and coffee etc.Good coffee maker with some pods supplied.The studio flat at the rear is the one to get if you get in there first ;)

Perfect Christmas Getaway

Our stay was wonderful! The house was perfect for us, had everything we needed and more. Perfect for our kids, they had a basketball and hoop outside, a cupboard FULL of games, cards and toys and plenty of backyard space for them to run around in! The separate house at the back was a great little addition as we didn't all have to be in one house and gave some space. The location...AMAZING. A short walk to the beach and to town. And it is on a nice quiet street. Check in and check out was super easy too. Would definitely stay again.

Better than the photos show - great for family group

Great yard for our dog. The suite out the back was perfect for my in-laws. Giving them more time with our family but space to retreat to when needed. Kitchen has absolutely everything you could ever need, they know it's likely you'll head to the beach and have a full plastic dinner set for bbq/beach dining. Plus having essentials like oil, glad wrap, foil was just the icing on the cake. We loved our time there so much we tried to extend it. This will now be our go-to for future holidays.

The microwave is located above head height and considered dangerous. The sheets and towels brilliant some mattress protectors no so. Lovely walks to beach, shops close by overall we enjoyed our stay

Good and bad

We had an enjoyable stay apart from a few issues. The property is listed as having a dryer but doesn’t have one. There is no way of getting in main house from the outside room once the main house is locked as keys don’t work. So this causes a few issues. The front fly wire door needs replacing. The hot water system seemed to be only good for 2 showers. So a lot of cold showers. There was some hair in one of the beds and other locations that was there from previous people that had stayed there. Looked like dog hair. The oven was quite dirty and difficult to operate as no instructions. Excellent location and central to lot of great tourist locations.
