This modern fully self contained 3 bedroom holiday home suitable for couples and families .
Entry level comprises 3 double bedrooms,main bathroom,seperate W/C and laundry.
Two bedrooms have split system heating/cooling.
The 3rd has ceiling sweep fan.
Upstairs open plan living incl. lounge, opening to spacious elevated deck with superb sea views,outdoor dining and Weber BBQ, updated kitchen (d/washer,MWO) and adjoining dining area .
Lower ground floor with second bathroom and T.V. room-large flat screen and combustion heater.

A viewing lounge was completed 06/22, upstairs from the kitchen/dining area. This air conditioned room captures the morning sun with great vistas in all directions.
Fully fenced yard with spacious native landscaped surrounds, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Situated in quiet cul-de-sac, 5min stroll to surf/swimming/fishing, tavern and general store.
New carport adjoining entrance door.

Guest Information.
Doonas are provided but guests must provide their own linen and towels.
There are two Queen size beds and one Double bed.
Reverse cycle heating/cooling to open plan living/kitchen, and 2 bedrooms.
New washing machine available. Iron and ironing board.
Well stocked pantry with condiments in refrigerator.
We have FREE WiFi
Plenty of off street parking.

As this is a family home we do not accept bookings for schoolies.

Great holiday house

Our family of four enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and felt like a well looked after holiday home, not just a rental with the bare minimum. The beds were comfy and heating great for the cold weekend!

Located in a quiet court, this spacious, comfortable home is meticulously clean, with excellent appliances and generously stocked pantry and fridge. Sea views from the two upstairs lounge areas, the sound of the waves at night and Australian native garden make for a relaxing stay. The friendly hosts provided excellent information before our stay and a warm welcome. We look forward to staying at this lovely home in Cape Patterson when we next visit.

Perfect holiday stay

The property was clean and well stocked. All the rooms and bedrooms were comfortably furnished. We loved the view and the kitchen. Garden was peaceful. Walking distance to the beach. I would stay there again.

Wonderful home, very clean, kitchen fully stocked, lovely owner who promptly assisted when the tv stopped working (oops, we had knocked out the adaptor). Lovely location near the park for the kids to play and an outdoor shower for a rinse after a day at the beach.

A wonderful place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable and well equipped property, which is set in a quiet location, in a lovely garden, within walking distance of the beaches. The different living areas are a really special feature. Chris was a helpful and obliging host, and we very much hope to come back again for a longer stay in future.

Everything you could want

This holiday stay has all it takes to make a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable experience. It is super well equipped and generously proportioned. Although we were only two I am certain a large family would be at home. Our hosts were very helpful and easy to deal with. I recommend this property

Perfect Beach Holiday House

We had a fantastic stay at Sea Views in Cape Paterson. The house provided the perfect location for the family to enjoy all the Cape Paterson had to offer. It was also the perfect location for a young family, located in a quiet cul-de-sac and close to a park. And the outdoor shower was very popular with the kids! Thanks Chris

Another awesome stay Sea Views

Everything about our recent stay at Sea Views was just as wonderful as our first stay, only better because this time we stayed for longer. This property feels like home as soon as you arrive, with a lovely garden setting, lots of light throughout the house and great ocean views. Chris is a fantastic host, so welcoming and accommodating. The house is in easy walking distance to the beach, parks, Cape Patterson Tavern and stores. We are already planning to come back again!

Nice Place to stay in Cape Patterson

The house had everything that you need for a great break. The house was a spotlessly clean with fantastic views and close to the beach. The owner offered a late checkout even we did not asked about that. So it was really convenient for us. Thank you Chris!

Lovely Beach Getaway

Terrific house for a group of friends or family to enjoy a beachside holiday. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could possibly need. Split level house on four different levels providing lots of spaces to enjoy or just relax. Very well equipped kitchen with well above age range of utensils, pots and pans etc. Wonderfully easy hosts to deal with - very communicative and helpful. Nothing to criticise here - a great place and heartily recommended.

Just perfect

We could not have asked for anything more for our stay. The house is so well presented and you feel immediately at home there. From the lovely garden, great grassed area to enjoy, all levels of the home ( living areas for everyone!) and the perfect deck, it was fabulous. I am going to miss walking up to the living area and seeing that gorgeous view! Everything you could need and so much more is provided. Location is walking distance to everything. Cape Paterson offers bay or surf swims and is close to so many other wonderful places. We can not wait to book this awesome property again! Thanks for having us Chris, you were so great to deal with.
