Wonderful apartment with beautiful views. Steps away from snorkeling excursion, restaurants, and shops. Gordon replied promptly to inquiries and even offered excellent restaurant suggestions
It’s the perfect location for day trips to the reef, shopping, eating out, or just watching the boats go by on a chill dayGordon was great and very helpful

For Cairns it was a convenient location and comfortable property. Ideal for any of the dive boat trips especially and for other attractions. Communications with the owner was prompt and any queries actioned quickly.
Our only complaint would be our stay was too short! 301 Harbour lights was a beautiful apartment and provided an excellent location for our short trip to Cairns. Thank you Gordon,!
We had a lovely stay in Cairns. This little apartment is in a great location, has terrific views and was very comfortable. There is only one bathroom that is on-suite with the master bedroom so fine for a family but for 2 couples it could be awkward. The pool was a bonus after long hot days in Cairns! Thanks!

The location is fantastic and Gordon is very responsive and easy to work with. The parking is great.
But, the property furniture and furnishings are dated and worn. The shower was moldy, the dining table had crumbs on it, and the air conditioning will only stay on for 3 hours and then shuts off automatically.
You don't have a thermostat to control the temp, so mid summer would be very uncomfortable.

The wonderful water views are enhanced with large opening doors to Cairns Inlet waterways, bringing fresh breeze into the apartment. A simple switch controls ducted airconditioning throughout the apartment.
Thoroughly disappointed with our stay at this apartment. The airconditioning has a fixed temperature and turns off automatically after 4 hours of use. Not sure what the fixed temperature was running at but even with the AC going the apartment was hot. I noticed the AC filter was extremely dirty and this could be the cause of the AC not cooling the apartment down. Communication with the owner was very poor and not helpful when I expressed my concerns about the AC. For an apartment with a fixed cooling system I expected they would have ceiling fans but only one room did. Once the aircon would shut down after 4 hours we had nothing to keep as cool through the night. Cairns is known for its heat so we expected a better system.
There were a few other little problems with the apartment, the shower door doesn't close properly so the water goes all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom tap leaks. There weren't enough towes and the fridge light doesn't work. For the price of the apartment you'd expect less problems/no problems. We did not enjoy our stay and we're very unsatisfied.

Upon this guest advising they were not happy and were going to leave a bad review I contacted immediately to appreciate the problem. Nothing I could say was going to appease her during her stay. Upon her departure the air-conditioning mechanic inspected and serviced the equipment and noted that it was working fine. I had not previously received guest complaints on air conditioning. The glazier will be adjusting the glass door to shower next week.
This apartment is consistently booked and the many wonderful comments received from guests is most appreciated.

Absolutely perfect location. Short walk to the esplanade, night markets, casino and restaurants. Overlooking the marina was a great view.
Was little disappointed that had no basics like oil, sauce, salt, pepper or even coffee, or a frying pan, we had to buy everything for our short stay.
But all in all was a great location and happy with it.
This place is great!
Understanding this is privately owned and seperate to hotel, it was disappointing to deal with the reception… the lady actually sighed out loud before continuing a conversation… even if you can’t help, you can still be pleasant.

Comfort plus with views to die for and owner was available for contact pre and during visit re any queries and post stay. Master bed was extremely comfortable and supportive for anyone with back issues

There was just the two of us so worked out fine for us but if there was another couple the bathroom & toilet positioning would have been awkward? Very spacious great facilities close to plenty of restaurants when open and not affected by Covid restrictions.
This property has the most amazing view and the location is just perfect with everything in walking distance.
Gordon was great to deal with and allowed us an early check in and late check out at no extra cost.
