Comfort and Tranquility in the best region of Teresópolis (Comary)

Cozy, comfortable, sunny house, in a gated community and surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the place. Located in the Comary region, behind CBF, in a quiet location. The condominium has leisure with sauna, playground, soccer field and beautiful landscapes- are an invitation for good walks! The house has PRIVATE POOL and barbecue. We are 5 minutes from the main tourist and gastronomic attractions of the city, but without being in the bustle of the city. Be welcome!
Very nice space, large and comfortable! There are 4 bedrooms with closets (1 suite), living room in 3 environments with fireplace, veranda with hammock and unforgettable view, dining room with table with 8 chairs, equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with high pressure shower with gas heating (digital / outside the house) + 2 toilets.
Outside the space has a beautiful garden, swimming pool, shower and barbecue to make your days even happier!
