All Decked Out!!!!!!

A contemporary take on the "Beach House" GROUND FLOOR ONLY A short stroll to the beach (approx.. 200m). 3 bedrooms (Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed, Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed, Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen bed and Single Bunk Bed) designed to accommodate 6 adults and 2 children with all the mod-cons and added luxuries expected in a modern beach property. A fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, pots and pans you will ever need to cook up a storm. Includes dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (PODS supplied). Pillows and Blankets provided. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LINEN, PILLOW CASES, TEA TOWELS, BATH AND BEACH TOWELS. Open living area, with split system air conditioning. Large TV with DVD player, mini Hi-Fi and Playstation3 provided. You have the option of two covered outdoor entertaining areas so you can choose to either sit out on the large hardwood deck at the front of the property or you can enjoy the privacy of the fully enclosed garden to the rear of the house with a 4 burner BBQ. Includes outside fish cleaning area. Ample room for parking and storing your boat.

RATES

The following rates are based on 2 guests per night(extra guests $25/night per person). 2 Night minimum booking applies all year round (long weekends 3 nights, Christmas 4 nights, Easter 4 nights) SORRY NO PETS! BOND: $500 Refundable within 7-14 days after stay.

Great location, perfect venue

Great location, walking distance to the beach, without sea views though. Excellent amenities inside the house, big sized bedrooms. Well appointed kitchen with coffee machine and everything you need on your holiday. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Great property and location

A group of 6 of us stayed over the past Easter weekend and it was great! The beach was within walking distance and the house had lots of amenities including a dishwasher and washing machine. Would stay here again for our next trip down to Port Hughes.
