MADEIT - located at Coronet Bay
Situated a hop, skip and a jump from the water’s edge MADEIT is a lovely well-appointed comfortable and relaxing three bedroom home and is situated in a prime location of Coronet Bay. Picture yourself on the front deck watching the breathtaking sunset or enjoying a BBQ with family and friends on the rear deck. The upstairs open plan living/dining area brings both decks together and the downstairs living area gives the kids their own space. MADEIT has all the mod-cons including heating and cooling. The master bedroom has a full ensuite/WIR with its own access to the front west facing deck. You can bring your own DVD/Blu-ray or choose from the selection provided. Grab your towel, throw on the sunnies and walk through the stunning Banksia grove to what feels like your own secluded beach. (Less than a minute’s walk!)
It’s an easy stroll to the general store and playground area and is PET FRIENDLY!

Coronet Bay is a great getaway for those who want a safe beach, drive just one and a quarter hours from Melbourne CBD.
It is nestled along the coastal area between the towns of Grantville and San Remo (on the way to Phillip Island). It's a quiet area, with the Bass Coast's only swimming beach due to the protection offered by the surrounding hills and the sandy shoreline. The beach is a very safe, dog friendly and has some great fishing.
The township is made up of a combination of friendly locals and holiday makers. Coronet Bay is a quiet coastal village with a licensed general store, 2 playgrounds one at the foreshore and one near the Community Centre, BBQ areas, basketball court, bocce court, local bus, BMX track, walking tracks, tidal boat ramp and Community Centre. It is also renowned for its amazing sunsets across to Philip Island. The nearby township of Corinella has a store with postal services. Coronet Bay is 15 minutes from San Remo the entrance to Philip Island, 25 minutes from Koo Wee Rup, and 1 hour 15 minutes from Melbourne. It is a five minute drive from the Corinella jetty and the very popular Corinella boat ramp.
The township committee is very active, and often has markets and special events particularly on long weekends.
Attractions
There are many attractions nearby that cater for everyone. MADEIT is a short drive to Phillip Island where you can see the world-renowned Penguin Parade and visit Seal Rocks. There is also the Motor Cycle Grand Prix, V8 Supercars, go karting, a golf course or simply take a boat charter from San Remo or Cowes. For the foodies, a wine tour including Bass Valley Wines, Harman Wines, Purple Hen Wines, Phillip Island Winery and even the Rusty Water Brewery Restaurant and Bar enables you to taste or buy the regions award-winning wine and beer varieties. The local eating house La Provincia provides you with locally grown fresh fruit and vegetables, pastries and homemade delicacies or visit Bassine Speciality Cheese’s just around the corner. The Kernot Food and Wine Store offer local produce, wood fired pizza’s and live music. Surf beaches are abundant, Kilcunda, Woolamai and Smiths Beach just to name a few or visit Wonthaggi and discover the coal mine.
Grantville is 10 minutes away by car and has a bakery, bank, cafes, several take-away shops, a liquor store and a pharmacy. The family can have fun at the local Pirate mini-golf, Maru Koala Park, the wildlife reserves, or a little further away is the Caldermeade Dairy Farm and Cafe. For the really adventurous you can go sky diving in Tooradin. You can also get along to the Woolamai races which are run regularly, take the car ferry to French Island National Park from the Corinella jetty, simply stroll along the Coronet Bay foreshore, or for the more adventurous a walk to the Reef Island nature reserve.
