Miranda Apartment Mudgee..
Miranda is a neat, clean, newly furnished 2 bedroom Apartment only minutes from the centre of Mudgee.
There is undercover parking, a small, private backyard as well as a larger side yard.
On the inside the kitchen is modern with a fridge, ceramic cooktop and convection microwave. Pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster, all crockery, glassware, cutlery and pots and pans are provided. Also included are coffee pods, tea, sugar, milk, bikkies and H2O Springs water.
2 USB charging points.
There is a dining table for 4-6.
The adjoining lounge room has a 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater fold-out sofa-bed ( use on request at extra charge) There is an LCD TV, a DVD player and a selection of DVDs, books and magazines. There is also a new r/c air/con unit
The main bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed, small chest of drawers, clock, lamp, wardrobe and r/c air/con unit.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, drawers, lamp and a small wardrobe.
The beds come with pillows and doonas, fitted sheets, pillow cases and doona cover. Extra blanket available .No separate top sheet
Electric blankets are provided in winter.
Portacot and highchair available on request.
The neat bathroom/ laundry has a shower/bath, which is a good size for kids.
The shower also has a handrail.
The laundry has a tub, a washing machine and a dryer. Laundry pods provided.
The toilet is also in there.
Towels, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner and anti-bacterial hand wash are provided.
There is a neat pet friendly back yard with a small back deck, an outdoor setting and BBQ.
Large fenced side yard, a safe place for kids to play.
Pets are welcome on request but we do charge a cleaning fee of $50 per stay for indoor pets.
No pets on furniture!

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation
Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
Payment of the rental constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation refunds as per standard policy.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. FEES WILL APPLY for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance for the full booking period.
PLEASE DO NOT REARRANGE THE FURNITURE. This WILL result in charges as extra staff are required to replace large items at $25/half hour.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.
NO PARKING ON THE LAWN!
NO FIRE PITS!
NO PORTABLE POOLS!
NO BIKES IN THE HOUSE, neither cycle or motor! ( Yes, apparently we have to say this!) Bringing bikes INSIDE the premises WILL cause loss of bond.
NO SMOKING, VAPING OR NAKED FLAMES (i.e. Scented Candles) INDOORS
DO NOT TAMPER WITH SMOKE DETECTORS.
TAMPERING WITH SMOKE DETECTORS AND SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE the premises WILL cause loss of bond.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Please report any breakages or damage before departure.
Problems or Complaints- In the event of there being any problems or deficiencies with the accommodation or contents the matter should be reported immediately. Prompt notification by the tenant is required to enable remedial action to be taken. No complaints will be accepted or correspondence entered into where complaints are made at the end of a tenancy.
ARRIVAL - NOT BEFORE 2PM unless by prior arrangement!
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival, otherwise, excess cleaning fees apply.
Check-out time is BEFORE 10AM, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Late check out fees WILL apply at $25/half hour to cover staff waiting time
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.
Towels and Linen are supplied. No separate flat top sheet.

Pets are allowed when specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner and a $50 extra cleaning fee is paid for indoor pets.
