Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.
Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.

Beautiful Big Bear Cabin

Arctic wolf was amazing big bear cabin, perfect for big families or large groups. The property was clean and had plenty to do close to everything.

Great Family Cabin

We enjoyed our stay at the Bear Family Cabin. Accommodations were comfy with plenty of entertainment for the kids. We would definitely stay again!

I would have rated a 5 but dog treats were found throughout the cabin. Kitchen floor look like it haven't been mopped in a while. Bath mats were dirty and poop and broken glass was found throughout the whole yard. It supposed to be toddler and pet friendly. Glad no one got hurt. And when we 1st got there we were not given the code to open door only the one to lockbox.

Great centralized cabin

Everything was just like the pictures. Cabin was warm and cozy, we needed more towels and they brought them in a timely manner. Great size main room

It’s got it all

We had a family reunion at this home. 9 people ages 1-89. The PROS: This place has EVERYTHING for a family gathering. It has a poker table, a craps board, a pool table, game boards, jacuzzi, spa bath, kid toys, dog bowls, tons of indoor and outdoor seating, a big BBQ, a big kitchen, comfortable couches (3), every room has a TV, linens, crockpot, all the kitchen utensils, bowls, bakeware, fans for all the rooms, towels and wash clothes, a washer/dryer, dish towels, etc. You get the idea.... It’s got it all!!!! The CONS: This place has been well used. A few lights didn’t work, a fan spit broken plastic parts, No ice maker but had cube trays, the RO system for filtered drinking water was broken, etc. The jacuzzi was cloudy and grimy but all the chemicals were there to adjust it. We all left our shoes at the door and by the end of the day, our bare feet were black. The window sills are full of dead flies . The ants population was extreme. We live on a farm and are used to pests but the ants were tenacious. Every morning we threw out food. We kept a spotless kitchen and emptied all trash cans several times per day, yet still battled the ants. When I called property management they sent over ant spray and some ant traps...... that seemed to get the problem down to a dull roar. After 5 days we were still unable to conquer them. That being said...... I hate to use chemicals but it’s sometimes necessary....... get a professional involved. Did the CONS outweigh the PROS????? We had a blast and adjusted our expectations.

Good for family retreat

Presidents weekend stay

Pictures of rental were very accurate. Place was well equipped for any family trips full kitchen with all possible needed cooking items. (Pots, pans, place settings, crock pot etc..) beds comfortable, plenty enough extra blankets. This place had everything you need to keep kids busy hundreds of DVD's, and many games for all ages. I recommend this location.

Lots of beds for multi-families

The house had lots of rooms and beds to sleep probably 3-4 families. It had lots of games, dvd movies and a pool table that we used most of our trip. There is 3 full bathrooms and a loft area with two full size beds and a tv. Great for children. The location was a few minutes away from the main part of town but only half a mile away from a boating dock where we rented a boat for a couple hours. The downside is the cleanliness of the home. Bathroom and bed linens were clean but kitchen had ants. Dishes and glasses were not clean. My OCD kicked in and had to wash all the dishes, glasses and cups just to make sure we were eating on clean sanitized plates. We had to throw away some food that the ants got to. Apparently, check out requires you to clean the kitchen before you leave. Dishes are suppose to be clean, dried and put away. We complained to management and they took care of the problem. Other than that, our 4 night stay was fun and relaxing.

Great place to stay, definitely recommend.

Clean great place to stay overall enjoyed our stay group of 11 adults. 1 thing I would recommend is having a light where the bbq grill is located couldnt really see had to use phone light. Other than that enjoyed our stay.
