Great short break away during summer and lovely house

Great location near beach, open plan house with sunny deck, good size rooms and comfortable beds, and an excellant host, we will be back!

I've lived in the area all my life. I share this property with my daughter who's a University Student at Waikato University Tauranga Campus.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with this property the minute I saw it. I had pretty much decided to buy it from the outside area and ground floor layout as it is designed in a way that creates great privacy in a separate living area.

What makes this property unique

The layout of the house was extremely well planned to ensure "sun all day". Being 3 levels - allows privacy for families coming together, but a living area with kitchen, lounge and a fabulous sunny deck to come together. There's also another separate outdoor area with large spa pool and seating so families can do their own thing if wanting to.
