Great stay at Pt Vincent. Fantastic property with everything you need. Amanda was a great host and very easy to deal with and responsive. Beautiful sea views and pod place to stay and unwind.
We really enjoyed our stay in Port Vincent. The house was close to amenities and had a great view of the ocean. Very well priced, spacious and well maintained. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing time on the Yorke Peninsula.
Our stay was quiet and comfortable. We appreciated the pantry for bits and pieces we had forgotten. Steep narrow stairs. Large dining table setting. It was lovely watching the ocean change through out the day.
Lovely view of the bay and plenty of room. There were plenty of pantry items, and kitchen appliances. Our stay was very enjoyable and communication with the owners was good. For future visitors, the light didn’t work in the toilet down stairs, and also the fan in the bedroom closest to the bathroom downstairs didn’t work.Thank you for our stay.

Thank you Trish for alerting us to these items. The current tenants had kindly changed the light bulb and the fans are all working, but we appreciate you letting us know.
So pleased you had a lovely time away, thank you for staying and we look forward to you taking a break away again at lovely Port Vincent.
Overall we had a good stay, the few things that probably should be addressed are, the front door doesn't lock, need to leave keys in the door to close it and use the dead lock. The rug in the lounge is filthy and stained, cream lounge is dirty also. Could do with an easy coffee pod machine. The blinds in the upstairs bedrooms are hard to use and keep up.
Modern property, personal space, roomy living. Beds /mattresses need updating. I found the beds on ground floor where we stayed were very hard and uncomfortable. I had to fold two thick quilts from other rooms to put onto my mattress to sleep. Then it was just acceptable. Mattress topper would be a simle fix. We found the lighting in the main living area was not adequate. Some globes did not work and there just was not enough light - we wanted to work on a jigsaw after tea but it was too dark. It was suitable for watching tv but if you wanted to play games or read it was not suitable. Also the barbecue needs a good clean. We had to clean it before we used it but it needs a very good overall clean with very hot water and detergent. It would have been a good idea if there was a fish cleaning area with water and a table.
We had a good stay here but unless the beds are fixed I would not choose this property again.

Hi Chris
Thankyou for your detailed review and alerting us to your feedback on the mattresses and lighting. It is certainly the first time we've had these raised but will do our best to address these as we are able. The portable lighting is designed to be moved for tenants benefit but we appreciate your comments here and apologise for the blown globes, this was soon rectified after your stay.
There are fish cleaning facilities available on the foreshore and we will address the BBQ as required. Generally our tenants clean it after their use.
Thankyou for these details and we hope you were able to enjoy the view of the ocean.
Kind regards,
Amanda
The property is in a great location, to enjoy all that Pt Vincent offers. There was plenty of room within the property and a nice outdoor deck. I would recommend this property.
Great location, spacious, 4 good sized bedrooms, well laid out, good views etc. Garbage collection calendars outdated and some minor cleanliness issues but overall would be very happy to return.
Very comfortable place with all we needed. The views of the sea and the lovely town are stunning. Close enough to all facilities, quite walkable and in a quiet location. We had a great time.
