The house is located close to Chamois run and gives skiing access via the rope tow to Standard run and then up Bull run to Bourke Street.

This family home in the snow is perfect for a large family with teenagers or two small families with young children.
The house is on two levels and consists of the following
Entry is through an external staircase from the concrete driveway
The front entry has seating and coat hooks with a closed dry room for boots and ski clothes
The entry leads to the hallway, with laundry (washing machine, dryer and laundry trough) and then the 3 bedrooms lead off the hallway
Main bedroom - has queen bed with built in cupboards, TV and ensuite (shower, toilet and vanity)
Second bedroom - has queen bed with built in cupbards, TV and sofa bed.
Third bedroom - has double bed bunk (double on the bottom with single on top), also another single bunk. This room can sleep five. Also has built in cupboard.

Third bathroom- separate toilet with vanity

Internal staircase takes you up to the main living, dining and kitchen area. The large timber dining table can seat up to 10. The kitchen bench has four bar stools.
The living area has 3 seater and 2 seater couches, as well as several single chairs.

There is a balcony with a webber BBQ.
