Introducing Loanly Bear II Cabin! A luxury, (new in 2020) constructed cabin with top-of-the-line amenities in the conveniently located Chalet Village community. We lost the original cabin in the 2016 fires. The cabin was remodeled in 2025. New Furniture, linens, rugs, hardwood floors and more!

Beautiful Mt. Leconte mountain views, romantic setting and located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Perfect for groups, large families, small families, and friend reunions. The cabin can sleep up to 18-19 comfortably. There are five King bedrooms, one double queen bunk room, and 2 fold-out couches in the game room and theater room and a futon sleeper. The cabin is equipped with a 2020 Golden Tee game, multi-cade game, pool table, high-speed wireless internet, RoKu TV channels, private decks, and hot tub, and your very own large private indoor heated pool with outdoor mountain views you can enjoy while relaxing in the pool or rocking on one of the 3 decks. All living areas and bedrooms have flat-screen smart TV' s. We offer free WiFi and RoKu TVs. There is a cozy fireplace in the main living area with a large well-equipped kitchen! The game room has a full-size kitchen, couches, and games. The theater room has platform seating on comfortable couches and an 83" Smart TV. Everything was great about the cabin. It was very clean and location was fine. One suggestion - one guest sleep in the upper bunk and reported what he thought was mice or small creatures in the ceiling making noises at night. You might want to check that out.

STUNNING VIEWS & CABIN

Just the perfect place to enjoy the Smokey Mountains! This cabin has absolutely everything needed to enjoy a fabulous vacation. We all just loved it and there was so much to enjoy without even leaving. Even nightly view of Dollywood fireworks! HIGHLY recommend!

Amazing views, we saw the bears every morning and evening we will definitely be back.

The bears was are high light of our stay. The grandchildren was so amazed of seeing the bears every morning. The house was beautiful and the views were also amazing.

Perfect home!

Our experience with this rental was perfect! We even saw a family of bears when we arrived! The pool was a welcome escape for the young children and the theater room was a hit!

Family Vacation

We had a great stay! There are lots of stairs! And sadly we didn’t see any Bears but I guess the missed our schedule! We had a great time and spent every night night as a family playing games at the table! Wonderful memories were made!

Absolutely Amazing Property

From the moment we drove up to the property and saw a momma bear and her 4 cubs running down the road to the time we left we had an absolutely wonderful vacation. I can't say enough good things about the property from the 6 master suites to the views off the multiple decks to the cleanliness to the indoor pool and deck hot tub! I wish I owned this cabin. We'll be back for more!

Outstanding house!

Everything you could want & more: fabulous view from numerous decks, a bathroom for every bedroom, spotless, space to gather as a large group or find a nook to be alone, “fun” activities (saltwater pool, theater room, 2 arcades, pool table,hot tub), close to hiking, white water rafting, Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. Also, extremely helpful property manager. Can’t rave enough!!!!

Perfect!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Each room has its own bathroom with tub so it’s nice for families with multiple couples. Our kids loved the pool! We saw bears several times and he would often come right up to the porch. Beautiful views. Perfect location right between pigeon forge and gatlinburg. The driveway was super steep and hard to maneuver with trucks but overall it was a 10/10!! Tara was wonderful, thank you!

Amazing cabin with stunning views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous cabin! The views are spectacular, the layout of the cabin is perfect and every bedroom feels like a master suite. Each room is spacious and nicely decorated. Our only regret is not booking it for a longer timeframe. We had a fairly busy schedule as this was our first time to visit the Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge area, but after seeing the cabin in-person we wished we had scheduled more days to just hang out at there. We hope to book again in future!

A vacation we'll remember for many years

For our 40th anniversary, we decided to take our 3 children and their families (8 adults + 6 grandkids ages 6 months – 10 years) on a joint vacation to the Smoky Mountains, one of our favorite National Parks. This cabin had everything we needed and more. Everyone had their own private bedroom suites, while the older gkids took the bunkroom. The pool, hot tub, game room, theater room, 3 kitchens, and expansive decks gave many opportunities to do things together or to find quiet alone time when one needed that. And the owner very quickly responded to any questions or needs. This chalet and its owner earned 6 stars in our opinion. We saw black bears every day in the cabin neighborhood or in the park, so make sure to read the owner's notes about bears.

Great stay in Gatlinburg

We had a great stay over fall break in this cabin. It was clean and had an amazing view. We saw bears every morning which was very exciting for the family. The location being between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was really nice because it was a short drive either way. There are at least 4 sets of stairs! Look on the bright side, it helps wear down the kids. Each of the bedrooms were amazing and nobody had to share a bathroom. We never communicated with the host but we never needed to. Everything was set up and ready for us and the instructions were clear. No real negatives but it’d kinda be nice to have more toilet paper. We enjoyed the indoor pool with the kids and they went blast having a “rave” with the lights out and the colored flashing lights on.

Family birthday celebration fun

Everyone in our family was delighted with this cabin. It was a combined birthday and Easter celebration. The mail kitchen had so much for cooking. I would suggest it needs a new stock pot or large pot for pasta prep and a scrub brush for doing dishes. The beds were really the best. My suggestion is a chair or bench to use for dressing would have helped we seniors get dressed. The young teens were so happy here. They loved the pool an the pool toys supplied there. We ran out of toilet paper but because of a previous review we brought extra. Unfortunately I forgot to pack bath soap. This past weekend will be memorable. Especially because we took dozens of photos.

The cabin was wonderful! Views are breathtaking. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfy beds and cozy blankets. The kids loved the pool. Our family was able to see several bears. Around 8pm one makes it way by the front of the cabin. We highly recommend this cabin. Host is wonderful!

Mountain Getaway

What a wonderful time we had. This home was perfect for our family of 11. Four couples plus three children. Everyone had their own suite plus gathering space. Full bathrooms, decks and access to wonderful play space. We spent most of our time on the deck. Bbq’ing, watching storms roll in and watching the fireworks from Dollywood every night. Great location with easy access to Gatlinburg, GSMNP and Pigeon Forge. Actual home is just as desirable as you would expect from the VRBO listing. Plus the property manager Tara was absolutely amazing. Such a good communicator with very timely responses. Highly recommend this house for a large family or multiple families.
Driveway is only issue. Very steep with limited turnaround space.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The cabin was immaculately cleaned and maintained. The owner was communicative and prompt in responding to questions. There was plenty to do in location with the pool, hot tub, arcade games, and theatre room. We really enjoyed the views from the deck and seeing the fireworks from Dollywood in the evenings. It’s a great location for kids and adults alike.

Our beloved brother- Roger started this business many years ago and tragically passed away in 2017. Without his wisdom and perseverance, we would not be blessed today. Loanly Bear II Cabin is in his memory. He owned the original Loanly Bear Cabin that perished in the 2016 fires.
