THE SHACK is not your average shack! Modern 4 bedroom holiday home, accommodates up to 11 guests, absolute beachfront with beautiful views of the bay. Free WiFi!

Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and electric induction stove top, fridge/freezer, air-fryer, dining with access to deck and outdoor setting. Living area with T/V, DVD, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner. Views from dining, living and 2 front bedrooms.

Main bedroom with split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, ceiling fan and ensuite, second bathroom with vanity, shower, separate w/c. 2nd front bedroom with split system reverse cycle air-conditioner and ceiling fan.

Laundry with front loading washing machine.

Ziggy BBQ, fish cleaning facility - not plumbed.

2 kayaks for use - BYO life jackets. (Please note - The Shack has the blue roof in the aerial pictures)

PLEASE NOTE: Boats are not to be washed at the property – you can wash your boat at the caravan park for a minimal cost.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - Tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top, bed 4 - 2 bunks.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

A beautiful white sandy beach awaits you at Sultana Point which is located just around the corner from Edithburgh. It's a small quiet beachside settlement with all of Edithburgh's amenities a stones throw away.

The best shack we have ever been.

The best place to be if you are in sultana point! The house is very clean and tidy and the best part is just next to the beach. The kids really enjoyed frollicking on the beach. We just loved it!!!

The Shack was clean spacious and large windows and doors provided uninterrupted views of the sea- almost at the doorstep and views of the bay from Edithburgh to Troubridge Lighthouse in the distance. All facilities up to date including washing machine, dishwasher, airconditioner etc.

Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved it, The house was perfect and had everything we needed, around lunch time the tide was high enough to pull the boat nearly upto the back door of the place for lunch and a break from fishing while watching the dolphins swim past most arvos. Only flaw to us was not being able to wash the boat or flush the outboard after each use at the house of risk of not getting our bond back. Only dissatisfied in that aspect of having to pay $8 Each night to flush the outboard at the caravan park. Being a fishing town you'd think it'd be okay to wash the salt off the trailer and give the outboard a quick flush to look after everything at the beach house.

Unfortunately as the property is only on rain water and it is booked out regularly the owners have no option but to not allow their water to be used on the washing down of boats/motors and trailers, especially as we haven't had rain for such a long time. :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the house was nice, I was not a fan of the induction cooktop as it kept turning off in the middle of cooking. While this property says that it can sleep 10 and that they provide bedding, there was not enough bedding for our kids, luckily we had bought sleeping bags so they didn't go cold. With the house being open plan living and tiled floors it is very noisy in there as there is no rugs to soften the noise of 10 people. Also the BBQ and fridge are not big enough to cater for 10 people.

Brilliant Place

New, clean and has all the amenities you will need. Great place for fishing and relaxing with the family. Superb view from the kitchen and dining area to wake up to. Plenty of seating in the lounge room and well designed bathrooms for family stays.
