The Swan House - Beautiful big five bedroom beach house. Fire pit, pet friendly!

The Swan House is the perfect place for friends and family to get away, relax and unwind. Escape the stress of Sydney or Canberra in less than three hours for a sneaky weekend – or stay for a whole week.

With five bedrooms over two levels the house is big enough for two/three families or a larger group of friends (girls weekend, extended family, book club getaway, cycling trip, surf safari). Each bedroom has a queen bed, and two of the bedrooms also have single beds. There are separate living spaces on each level, providing plenty of options, from curling up cosy with a book or movie to monster banquets outside on the twelve seater table.

FOR DOGS: well behaved dogs are welcome if you let us know at the time of booking. There is small charge to bring pets. The back garden is fully fenced.

FOR FAMILIES: the expansive fully fenced grassy back garden, separate living area upstairs for kids or to set up remote work / study, child security gate, high chair, boardgames, toys, DVDs, books make the Swan House a great place for kids!

FOR SURFERS: surfboard racks, multiple surf breaks on your doorstep (Connealley's Reef, Cudmirrah Beach, Berrara Beach), or a short 25 minute drive to Green Island (Manyana, Bendalong).

FOR FOODIES: dishwasher, open pantry (help yourself to spices, salt etc), coffee machine, weber family bbq, induction cooktop, 2 x ovens, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, crockery for 15 people, 12 seater outdoor banquet table, 10 seater indoor table.

THE HOUSE:
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and blackout curtains for a good night's sleep!

LOCAL AREA:

The Swan House is located in the quiet coastal village of Cudmirrah nestled in between Conjola National Park, Swan Lake and Cudmirrah Beach. It is about a five minute drive south of the urban centre of Sussex Inlet, which has all the supplies you’ll need – supermarket, chemist, bottle’o, bakery, small cinema and take aways – but is neatly out of sight when you’re done.

It is an easy half hour drive to Milton, Mollymook, Manyana, Bendalong, Lake Conjola, Ulladulla, Jervis Bay and Nowra.

THINGS TO NOTE:

LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED:
Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels. (Note doonas, pillows, blankets and doona covers are provided). Linen hire is available:
- $200 for all beds to be made up with linen, including bath towels.
OR
- $20 per single bed (includes sheets, pillowcases, 1 x bath towel)
- $30 per queen bed (includes sheets, pillowcases, 2 x bath towels)
Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to order linen, as last minute linen requests may not be able to be accommodated.

HOUSE RULES:
Please respect the house and the neighbours at all times.
No additional visitors on the property at any time.
No parties, no amplified music.
Please leave the house tidy (see the list of things to do when you leave on the fridge)
No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs permitted on the property (inside or outside)
All breakages must be paid for.

Breach of these rules may result in termination of the rental agreement at any time.
