Great location! Cozy chalet-plenty of room for families & friends! Enjoy a fireplace, fire pit, hot tub, & central air.
Main floor features beautiful living area with fireplace and TV, fully equipped new kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and bath. Plenty of room to relax. Convenient large deck with patio furniture, hot tub, & gas grill. Paper products, towels/linens and much more included.
Upstairs-Master King Bed with En Suite & TV. Lower level-Queen bedroom, den w/ pull out sofa, bath, laundry, gear room. Child friendly, no need to drag a port-a-crib or high chair. We have them and baby gates too to keep your little ones safe. We have Air Mattresses for extra sleeping. This home is yours for the duration of your rental. Enjoy and treat it with love and care as you would your own.
The neighborhood is quiet, private and peaceful. You are minutes away White Mountain and North Conway adventures and family-friendly activities. Our home is located on private, quiet street, walking distance (.6 mile) to North Conway village with restaurants, coffee shops, specialty shopping, playground with splash pad, Conway Scenic Railway, museums, North Conway Country Club for golf. Close (.6 mile) to Cranmore Mountain. Attitash and Wildcat are nearby as are other ski areas. Short drive to White Mountain Attractions, Hiking Trails and shopping at the outlets. Great cycling in the area. Story Land, Living Shore's Aquarium, and Santa's Village some of the young family activities. Come and enjoy our hospitality and all the White Mountains offer.

This was a great house for our 2 family Feb vacation week! The house was modern, clean, had a great layout and great location! Able to walk to downtown for shopping and restaurants and drive around the corner for Cranmore night skiing and tubing. We all enjoyed the hot tub and evening fires in the fireplace after skiing. Kitchen was well stocked for making meals. Host was great in providing lots of info for the house and surrounding area. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Ideal Winter Stay!!!

We couldn't give our stay less than 5 stars in every category - as advertised, and even better than expected. The house was clean, spacious, and had a convenient layout for our group of 3 couples and a baby. The amenities were excellent, and the proximity to the center of town and local attractions was fantastic. What a great house and spot for our annual "Winter Weekend" getaway - we'd love to return!

We ll had a blast! Place was awesome. Close to town and all amenities. Hot tub was very relaxing. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to relax in comfort. Place was very well stocked with pretty much everything you need.

Perfect escape for summer

We loved the house. The listing and pictures were accurate and location was great. We walked /biked into town each morning to get a coffee at Frontside and enjoyed how accessible the house was to dining options, Cranmore Mtn, and the Saco River.

Perfect getaway weekend

This was the perfect mini getaway! From booking to checking out. Everything was exactly what we expected. We enjoyed breakfast by the fire, see the foliage, catch the Fryberg fair, rent a side by side, walk down town to have dinner and enjoy the hot tub when we got back. We will definitely book again!

Great Property!

Great location, walk to Main St. or Cranmore Mt. Quiet street. Three levels for privacy. Very well stocked with whatever you’ll need. Large deck with hot tub and new gas grill. Large parking area. Great fireplace. We loved this property! Hope to go back.

FIRST... BEFORE WE START, PATSY IS THE BEST HOST I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!! HOME IS PERFECT IN EVERY WAY. CLEAN,EVERYTHING YOU NEED,THE BEST LOCATION !!! HOT TUB, BACK DECK, FIRE PIT, AND WHEN MY GRAND DAUGHTER SAW THE SWING SET SHE WAS WON OVER IMMEDIATELY. Wonderful stay near the core of North Conway

I stayed with my wife, my wife's sister, and her boyfriend for the better part of a week, and we had a wonderful time at this location! The house and property are just as displayed in the listing. We had more than enough space to hang out and enjoy our time in or around the house.The check-in was very easy, with Patsy the owner being very prompt, helpful, professional, and kind. The kitchen was lovely and had what we needed to put together a few meals together in the house. They keep a helpful binder of info, instructions, and other guidance for how things in the house operate, what needs to be done for check-out (which was also very easy), and some recommendations for local activities or food.Everything was in good, clean condition. The porch does have some standard outdoor "wear and tear", but it was still a quality space to enjoy getting some fresh air. Just expect some pine needles (though they have a battery powered leaf blower on hand) and maybe a few cobwebs.The AC worked beautifully even though the house has three floors. The top room doesn't get as cold, but is still comfortable especially with the fan provided in the room. If you do plan to use that room, we didn't spot anyway to block or shade the skylights so we'd recommend bringing an eyemask. And the bathroom attached to the upstairs room is great, though the shower stall is a little narrow. Still two other wonderful and spacious bathrooms and showers downstairs, so it's not really an issue.

Perfect home for a White Mountains trip!

We just returned from our trip to the White Mountains, and I wish we could go back! This home was perfect for our family of five, including three children. The house was really nicely decorated and updated, yet comfortable and homey. There was plenty of space for us to all spread out. The house has central air, which was much appreciated during an especially hot and humid week. We loved all of the amenities the house offered, including the laundry/mud room where we could store our bikes, the well-stocked kitchen which was perfect for cooking many meals (since we were still hesitant to go out to eat with COVID still looming), the updated deck overlooking the yard where I could watch the kids play on the swingset, and the great floorplan. We only used three of the four bedrooms, so there would have been plenty of space for a larger family or even a second family. We never got around to trying out the hot tub, fire pit or Peloton bike because we were so tired by the time we got home at the end of the day that we wanted to just relax on the comfy couches. The location was perfect - on a quiet side street, but only a couple of blocks to North Conway Village so that you could easily walk to town to shop, grab a bite to eat, or people-watch. Patsy, the owner, was wonderful to deal with, answered all my questions, and provided several great suggestions on things to do in the area with the kids. I'm not a skier, but this house would be great in the winter as well as Cranmore is right around the corner and there would be plenty of space to store your gear. The house was spotless, and we felt very comfortable staying there amidst the COVID pandemic. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect location, well equipped, and easy! We love it when technology, climate control, etc are easy to use. Loved the deck and hot tub and toys and gear room. Will definitely come again. Also home and surroundings were very quiet but so close to town. Appreciated having sun and shade.

Annual Ski Trip

The property was as advertised, clean, with plenty of room for us to spread out. The location was great for skiing at Attitash, Wildcat, and Cranmore. A visit to the White Mountain Puzzle store was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Homely house in a fantastic location

We had a fantastic week here. Such a beautiful area. The house is 2 mins from cranmore where the skiing and vibe was pretty good and the lines nothing like Attitash. An easy walk into the cool, old part of town for coffee, the ridiculously good bakery and independent shops. And the house - hot tub assisted - is incredibly comfortable to come home to at the end of the day. We were a party of 8 who had quarantined before we came to NH and had plenty of space to hang out around the house in the evenings. Patsy, the owner could not be more welcoming, responsive or flexible. The whole experience totally exceeded our expectations.

Amazing!

Great location! It was walking distance to downtown and 15mins from our favorite restaurant (Shannon door pub). The house was very spacious and so nice to get all my friends together in one place. Patsy was very quick to answer any questions and left a very detailed booklet about the property, amenities, and things to do in the area. It was super helpful! We will definitely be back.
