Features one of best deep water swimming holes on the Saco right in our backyard! Enjoy the tranquility of the outdoors while being close to the shopping outlets, restaurants and year-round activities of downtown North Conway and the Mount Washington Valley. Conveniently located just minutes from the renowned Fryeburg Fair! Private water access from the backyard and views of the river from most every room. The beauty of the river extends through all four seasons and is fun for the whole family. From fishing, swimming and paddling in the summer, beautiful foliage in the fall, skiing and boarding in the winter and spring, this home has it all. High cathedral ceilings and an open main level make for a wonderful chance to spend time family and friends. This house also features a fireplace, Roku, wi-fi, gas grill and fully renovated kitchen (spring '23) equipped with a gas stove, coffee maker and dishwasher. Large, wrap-around deck with hot tub and screened-in porch promotes peaceful outdoor enjoyment for all ages. Also featuring a lower level with a bonus sleeping room, tv and pool table. Walk-out to the backyard and stairs to the water (during warm summer months - install and removal date is always TBD pending weather and river levels). Spend your next vacation on the Saco River! This home is a not a party house and there is a zero tolerance policy for failing to adhere to the house rules. We are in a quiet residential neighborhood and our neighbors are important to us. Perfect summer vacation

We had the best time staying here with our family! We stayed with friends, with young children and had an absolute blast. The house was clean and had the most perfect amenities- and the location right on the Saco river was incredible. Sean was so accommodating and easy to work with. We can’t wait to go back!

Nice spot on the river

Close to the saco river tubing and not too far from North Conway. We enjoyed the spot and having a fire outside while watching the river flow.

Amazing stay!

Sean’s place was perfect for our friend getaway! The location right on the water was great for tubing, swimming etc. The place was perfectly stocked with everything we needed for cooking and grilling all weekend and tons of games to keep us occupied at night. Coffee on the amazing screened in porch made our day every AM we woke up. Highly recommend for families or friends trips alike:)

Wonderful, relaxing trip

This is our second summer staying at this house on Saco River and we love it. It is perfect for our extended family and two toddlers! The river is perfect for floating on tubes, and the house is beautiful and has plenty of space for entertaining! We’re already looking forward to next year.

Great rental

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We went in January and it was a short 15 minute drive to Cranmore and a lot of restaurants/shops. The house had a great set up for our party of 6 adults and 3 kids. The property owner was very responsive to our questions. Being on the river I’m sure it’d be a great place to stay in the summer too. I’d highly recommend this house!

Perfect Stay for New Year's Eve

We (4 adults and 3 children) stayed very comfortably for 3 nights in the Saco River home. The instructions and guide to the property from the host were very clear and there was plenty of space for all of us. The location was great for Conway amenities and groceries and less than a 30min drive to Attitash for skiing. We loved the hot-tub and pool table as well as the river front. It made for a special New Year's Eve and would certainly stay there again.

Amazing location right on the Saco river!

We stayed for a long weekend with four adult couples total. The house is right on the Saco river with an easily accessible stairway right down into the river. We drove a few miles and parked behind the police station and floated down the river to the staircase of the house. We had an amazing time! The house is beautiful and well stocked, clean and comfortable for all of us. Highly recommended. This is my second year and I can’t wait to go back again!

Gorgeous home in Conway!

We had a wonderful week at Sean’s home. Listing was perfect for our family of 5 and it was as described—home was very clean, beautifully appointed and in a convenient location to both North Conway and Fryeburg. Family vacation

This house is beautiful, very clean and exactly as it is shown on the site. The neighborhood is very relaxing and quiet. We only saw a few neighbors drive by the entire time we were there. The Saco tube rental place is right at the end of the road. The book that the host put together of things to do and places to eat was wonderful and on point for both adults and/or families. The host was very responsive but also hands off as he has everything set up in for an easy arrival/departure. Our kids loved the rainy days because they got to just hang out and enjoy the beautiful house. They loved it and so did we.

Christmas Getaway

This place was wonderful, very accurately portrayed, super well appointed and all around fantastic. My elderly mother came to visit us for Christmas, first time she's been to NH in winter for 15+ years (normally we visit her), more than enough room for all of us. Everything about our stay was wonderful; very quiet, great view of the Saco (we actually got to watch the ice flow get to the point of the river freezing over), the kitchen was perfect to cook a few large family meals in and the game room was awesome. My son and I spent quite a few hours playing pool while everyone else was relaxing. Sean was even gracious enough to see that it snowed on Christmas for us at no extra charge! If you're looking for a quiet retreat, this is it!

Great Get Away

Had an awesome time with family and friends at this property. Everything was as advertised and Sean was over the top in regards to communication and suggestions. House has a great, open layout for entertaining but between the full walkout lower level and upstairs master it allows for some privacy if desired. Lower level is absolutely perfect for the kids to breakaway and have their fun. Had a fairly large crowd between us and some day visitors and the house handled it easily. If you are looking for just a lazy 3 or so hour float down the Saco head to the launch behind the Conway Police Station. You'll end up back at the backyard stairs. The waterfalls at Diana's Bath are also a must see. Great time. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway without the craziness of some of the Saco areas you'll really enjoy this property.

River house is 5 stars!

River house is amazing! The whole girls trip, we couldn’t stop talking about how perfect the home, property, and location were. The house is gorgeous, spacious, and clean. There’s views of the river all throughout the house. The location is amazing, with the River right in the backyard and about a 15 min ride to restaurants and activities in Conway. But really there is no reason to leave River house because everything you need for a fun trip is right there. The amenities this house offers is great, we loved the hot tub and screened in porch. . Sean was also a very helpful host. One peice of advice is to check your vrbo messages in Conway when you have service before arriving at River house. The code to get into the house was in an attachment in the message but I wasn’t able to access it due to limited cell service at the house. I ended up having to drive down the road a bit to get service and the code but that really was the only glitch in he stay. We all really enjoyed the house and River. Would recommend this house to everyone and would 100% stay again.

A suprise

We booked this property for our final leg of a road trip around New England. It was exceptionally attractive and we looked forward to staying. Upon arrival at 4pm, the cleaners had only Judy arrived at the property to clean it. This was after travelling 4 hours. We had to wait a further hour whilst they cleaned the house to an ok standard. Not all bathrooms were clean. When we left the house we told the owner we couldn't put all the rubbish in his bins as they'd been locked in the garage. Padlocks away and the code wouldn't unlock it. We then got an email from the owner telling us how bad we'd left the property. We left empty glasses in the pool room and a pile of dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom.. they've now deducted $250 from our security deposit. No problem. But don't advertise your property out for silly money and not then not let clients check in when they are supposed to. Then send an email with pictures moaning your house was left with some dirty glasse and towels. We paid for you to clean it. Don't be an 🍑

Riverfront Home Conway

This Riverfront Home was very well maintained, spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The private property river front provided hours of relaxation and fun not only for my 5 & 6 year old grandchildren, but for the entire family 38 to 75 year olds. Great location for visiting all of the amusement parks, quality and fast food restaurants, children's playgrounds, swimming wholes, and stores galore. We had several opportunities to ask property owner Sean for information regarding his home policies and advice regarding our stay at his Riverhome. He was prompt, friendly and helpful dealing with questions. We have no reservations about staying at his home should we travel to the Conway area again, and highly recommend it for those making plans for vacationing in the area. The one recommendation I would make to help enjoy the river would be to bring inner tubes and ropes to attach to the tubes the dock area. The water was very low this year and my grandkids were able to just about stand up everywhere in the river. There is a little current that I imagine would take people downstream a little bit. Not a problem for good swimmers and the opposite river shoreline is easily accessible. Great stay! Great place! David C

Perfect vacation!

We had an excellent time, the house was exactly as listed (minus the cable tv which we couldn’t get to work, but that might have been operator error!). Beautiful property and the kids loved swimming in the Saco!

Getaway at the River House

This is a fabulous property on the Saco River. We were a group of 8 adults and the house was very spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed the entertainment area on the lower level, playing pool while watching the Red Sox. A few brave souls took a dip in the Saco then warmed up in the hot tub. There's lots to do nearby. We played golf before checking in and saw spectactular foilage along the Kancamagus Highway.

Sean was very responsive when I asked him questions. The house worked perfectly for us - seven adults. It was cool while we were there so we never needed to use the AC but all rooms have AC except the bedroom in the lower level which is naturally cool.
