This exceptional mountain house is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home just minutes from Sunday River Resort and Grafton Notch for world-class skiing & hiking. Beautiful mountain views, four spacious bedrooms. Prepare your favorite foods in the modern kitchen, fully stocked with all the helpful gadgets you might need. Enjoy beautiful cathedral ceilings, wood accents, a gas fireplace, wood and tile floors making this home perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in the mountains!
After an adventurous day of skiing, exploring, hiking or any of the other numerous activities this area offers-unwind downstairs in the games room- equip with a wrap around couch, a large screen TV , Xbox1, ping pong table, air hockey, wall scrabble and a wet bar.
Or stay up stairs and cook a meal while enjoying the views in all directions through the custom windows. You will feel like you are far away with the comforts of home.
Walk through the woods for access to the Androscoggin River for floating in the summer and Snowmobile along side it in the winter makes this a true 4 season vacation home.

This property has something to offer to all ages during all seasons. It's location allows you to be in the woods while also being a short distance to wonderful destinations like skiing and hiking. There is a peaceful feel at this house and I hope you get a chance to enjoy it as much as I enjoy it when I am here.
