Iluka Blue Beach House is close to the Clarence River, Stones throw to Boat Ramp, Co-op and the Iconic Sedgers Reef Hotel. Located behind Beachhouse units off Crown St. Close to riverfront board walk, with protected swimming area and playground. Ideal for children. Easy walk to Main Beach, Supermarket, Bakery, Butcher, Chemist, Newsagency and Bottle Shop. A 2minute walk to the Clarence River Co-Op for your fresh seafood and fish and chips overlooking the fishing fleet and boat harbour.
A very short stroll to the Heritage Listed Coastal Rain Forest Walk through to Bluff Beach.
Take the family on a day trip on the Clarence Head Ferry to Yamba.

We stayed here before several times and absolutely love the place. Close by the fish co op, pub, shops, water. And the pool is fantastic. The house has everything incl a fully equipped kitchen. Lovely host, always fast responding. Very good communication. We will be back in February

Great vacation option

Great place to stay. Home is dated but everything works, beds are very comfy, great water pressure, and plenty of space both inside and out. Great location, a block from the foreshore but very peaceful spot.

Fishing Holiday

Melinda who managed the property was great, we where able to check in early and when we had a question Melinda got back to us straight away. Loved the location it was nice, quiet, and clean we loved our stay, we will go back to stay again.

Beautiful

An older style beach house but spotless and comfortable and in a stunning location. A bit old world, unspoilt, - the longer we stayed the more it appealed. Wonderful beaches and walks, coffee, and food close by. Everyone friendly and relaxed. Thank you - it was wonderful.

Fabulous Christmas stay

Iluka beach house is a true holiday house, inground pool, fish co-op round the corner and the pub over the road with a beach out the front, it was very easy to eat, drink and be merry at Christmas time. If you couldn't have a good time with family at this little charmer you need to pack up and go home! We had a three night stay and would like to stay four nights next Christmas but the booking site is telling us it is now a seven night minimum which we are reluctant to do.

Bit more care factor needed

Place was great. Just needed a more thorough clean glasses pans etc. some complimentary soap in bathroom. Blinds are tattered aswell. . Bulbs missing. Light shades missing.

Iluka 3 day stay, blue house

We enjoyed sitting on the front porch for an afternoon drink. The beginning of the walk down by the river was close by, as well as the newly opened pub. We were disappointed that the pool cover wasn't off the pool and it was covered in leaves. Also the outside table was covered and tied up. We felt a bit like we hadn't been expected. The house itself was roomy and comfortable. The area was very quiet. The bed was comfortable also. We did have a few issues and we hope the owner has been able to address them. Iluka itself was a beautiful little village and all up we enjoyed our stay. was covered

Quiet little hidden paradise

Thanks for sharing your little haven with us! It was perfect for taking time out and relaxing. Location was private and peaceful, house had a nice feel. Our two teenage boys (and my husband and I) loved the pool and could walk to the skatepark. Ample crockery, cutlery and glasses. Used the BBQ every morning for breakfast. I would take some containers to store some leftovers and opened food in etc next time as not much in storage containers. Melinda was great to deal with and we're definitely looking forward to staying longer next time!

Again another wonderful stay

We stayed here for the 4th time and booked already another stay towards the end of the year. The best feature is the big pool. Unfortunately the weather was bad, so we couldnt make use of the pool as much as we wanted. Melinda is very approachable and reacts prompt to any enquiries. The house has everything you need and more. Short stroll to the supermarket and youre all set up. Nice pub opposite of the road. We didnt hear any noise from there.

Lovely Location - Check In process failed (think this was a tech issue from Stayz - not sure)

Nice property, just as owner described. Owner is very responsive. There was one issue on arrival however owner got ontop of it and addressed it. For some reason I didn't receive my checkin info from stayz so almost had to check into a motel because couldn't get in - thankfully the owner responded quite quickly and provided access information. Otherwise, great location and comfortable.

Nice hidden Holiday House

Stayed there 2nd time. The pool is the best feature of the house. Nice hide away and quiet house. Everything (and more) inside you need. We will be back towards end of 2024. Very enjoyable stay as before. Lovely host. Responds very quickly.
