This beautiful four-bedroom vacation home is the perfect retreat for your next Park City get-away!

Conveniently located near skiing, shopping, and outdoor adventures for all seasons, you’re sure to enjoy your stay!

Only 10 minutes north of downtown Park City, and within easy access to ski resorts, this townhome is in the perfect location for fun activities and peace of mind. Surrounded by the beauty of Northern Utah's high desert mountains, you'll find it easy to breathe deeply here.

The main level of the townhome has a spacious first level living/dining/kitchen area. There's also a small sitting area with plush furniture, clean lines, and simple ski lodge decor coupled with the solid wood cabinets and dark wood accents make this home feel upscale but cozy. There's a comfortable sectional sofa, two leather recliners, and a love seat set snugly around a corner fireplace and a TV with cable, a DVD player, and surround sound for some of the best movie nights you can imagine.

The beautiful dining table seats six people comfortably. There are three bar stools at the kitchen island for extra seating, or a quick snack in the afternoon. Enjoy a fully-stocked kitchen with matching appliances and all the necessary tools to make your meals amazing. Included is a coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, and a toaster, not to mention a dishwasher, so you don't have to spend too much time tidying up!

The lower level of the home offers a family room with a gas fireplace, a sleeper sofa and a futon. There is also a private bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The laundry room is at this level with a full-size washer and dryer to freshen up your towels or clothing plus an iron and ironing board.

The upstairs offers 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a private balcony with hot tub to soak away your day. This room has an en suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub, dual sink vanity and shower. The other two bedrooms each have a queen size bed and share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

For your comfort, the home offers forced air heating and central air conditioning and free high speed reliable WIFI.

For monthly stays ONLY, we’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees: $25 per night, per pet (min: $100 / max: $250 per pet) + a $100 one-time additional cleaning fee. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation!

There is a private garage with room for one small to mid-sized vehicle (with two additional parking spaces in front of the garage), which provides plenty of assigned parking. The community allows for many first-come, first-served bump-out spaces as well. The HOA of the community provides snow removal during the winter months.

Guests of this Park City vacation rental will enjoy access to Bear Hollow Village park and clubhouse: this amazing facility includes a fitness room, curved HDTV, fireplace, computer with high-speed internet access, locker-rooms, a seasonal community pool* (open in the summer months) and a large hot tub open all year!

Great Townhome just a mile from Canyons
Do you hate having to load up all your stuff in the snow and then drive for 30 minutes to the ski resort? If so, this place is for you. Its super convenient to get to Canyons resort and just a little bit farther to Park City. A large garage allows you to pull in and not battle with the snow outside. The home is very spacious with three bedrooms and two baths upstairs and a bedroom and full bathroom plus additions living area downstairs. Large kitchen to keep the family fed and multiple TVs to keep everyone entertained. There’s even your own hot tub on the balcony. I love that it’s 1 mile from the canyons in one direction and less than a mile in the other direction to get to Walmart, Whole Foods, and dozens of other restaurants. Skiing/ski out is not something you must have, then this is about as close as you can get while getting a huge place to stay, with proximity to shopping and restaurants.

Cozy and spacious
Our party of eight thoroughly enjoyed this home and were able to enjoy quality time together and yet have space to relax. Four bedrooms and also a basement room with additional sleeping space provided an additional bedroom area for all of us. The open concept of the kitchen and family room area was great and we all enjoyed meals and relaxing from skiing and walks through Park City. We were able to enjoy restaurants and shopping closeby and were next to Utah Olympic Park. Definitely recommend this home very highly.

Bear Hollow townhome
We had such a nice relaxing time as a family at this property. The rental had everything we needed for preparing our own meals. The owners included detailed information about the property. The whole family enjoyed the hot tub and cozy but spacious living space. We enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood and exploring park city. This is a quiet relaxing neighborhood. The property management was really good to deal with. They provide good comminication and were so friendly. We loved our stay.
