This beach frontage property situated on The Esplanade has direct beach access and views of Port Phillip Bay. Enjoy the views from your Suite, especially the sunsets.

The B & B is only a 10 minute walk to Mt. Martha Village, with its seaside cafes and restaurants. It is centrally located to most of Mornington Peninsula's attractions; such as wineries, award winning restaurants, craft markets, golf courses, water sports, health retreats and local wedding venues.

Accommodation :

With views of the Bay each of the two Suites include; comfortable king/queen bedding, kitchenette, fridge, dining and sitting area, TV., airconditioning/heating and an en-suite with double spa.

At the back of the property there is an atrium and a main kitchen for guests to share. A lovely garden to look out into and an undercover BBQ. Great for long term stays.

Mt. Martha B & B By The Sea has all the comforts for a couples retreat or with friends to catch up with.

Everything we needed

We had a brief but very enjoyable 1-night stay in order to attend a friend's birthday party in Mount Martha, so we didn't get to sample the beautiful beach and coast in winter. Our suite's living room, bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable and well appointed. A bonus was the use of a shared living room and kitchen should we need it. Host Denise was very friendly and helpful.

Weekend away

Angelo and Denise looked after us beautifully. Home-made spinach and feta muffins for breakfast and bruschetta with tomatoes from the garden. The house is across the road from a lovely quiet beach and has everything you could need for a peaceful getaway. Thank you!

Cozy and quiet stay

Perfect for a short stay down the Penninsula. The room was nice and tidy, with all the usual amenities. The indoor spa was a great bonus, to squeeze in that bit of extra relaxation. I would definitely recommend grabbing the cooked breakfast as well, top service. Location is great, close to casual and fine dining establishments.
