Owners a liar. Neighbors are disgusting people. Owner still owes me a refund. Do not stay here you will be ripped off!

Spacious and relaxed feel

Beautiful place! Loved the spacious feel - my legs didn't love the stairs (haha). We were provided with everything we needed, but the triangular windows with no blinds weren't the best wake up call early in the morning. We were a little disappointed to hear of a noise warning at 6pm on a weekend whilst playing board games, but glad to have it sorted out. Very close to restaurants, shops and the beach.

Great Value for Money Property! very Homey!

We really enjoyed our stay! everything was clean and organised. The only thing you got to watch out are the stairs. We travel there with family and little kids but the stairs did not trouble us much anyway.

There are too many steps outside the house. We found only 1 piece of blanket in the house for 6 persons and small heaters in each rooms. Freeze at night.

I'm with Joanne, if we knew about all the steps, we wouldn't have booked it. Two of the people that we supposed to stay with us, couldn't get up the steps and had to make alternate arrangements. No air con and the house is hot. The place needs a really good clean inside and out.

I am sorry Wendy didnot enjoy her time, again really useful to let me know upon checking in. Below is the response I have got from my cleaner this morning andI have nothing else to add. ----------- Did she specify what was clean and what was not?! In terms of the bench tops,toilets,baths,floors,window sills,shower etc. I can guarantee they are all clean. The walls in the home have multiple marks and stains that I have tried to remove,and can't-which definitely make the house look less clean than what it is. I'm happy with how the house is presented each time I leave. Sorry she gave a bad review though,it would've been nice if she contacted to let you know upon arrival-she could have met one of us to let us know what specifically needs needs cleaning!

Lack of facilites. 99 stairs. Not impressed. No stereo. TV no reception dvd only. No Foxtel . No aircond. 71 steps to the front door with another 3 flights inside.

It is unfortunate this guest has reasons to complain about the absence of Foxtel. Because of the trees surrounding the property, satellite reception is not possible, and there are drawers full of DVDs for Guests to unwind after a hopefully rewarding day out in beautiful Terrigal. This is a beach getaway, not a city apartment. I also fully disagree with the low rating of cleanliness abd lack of amenities. I have property professionally cleaned after each visit and it is very well appointed. Feel free to see the same listing on Airbnb with all the rave reviews it has received. This guest did not contact me on arrival, enjoyed her weekend, left the house dirty, and then wrote to complain about the stairs!
