DOWNSTAIRS, 1 bedroom with a Queen bed, one bedroom with a Queen bed and 2 single beds, and a pull-out sofa bed in the downstairs living space. Large bathroom with toilet.
There are 2 large living areas, upstairs and downstairs and a full bathroom on each floor.
The house has a large modern kitchen with dining area, 2 decks and a fully equipped laundry. There is a large deck with 2 outdoor dining tables and a bbq at the front of the house overlooking sweeping views of the beach. Another bbq is on the undercovered back deck.
The house is on a large allotment with wonderful scenic views of the picturesque Merimbula/ Pambula Beach bay that can be viewed from the deck, living room, kitchen and master bedroom.
The house is fully self contained with everything that you will need.
Pete's Place is a short 3 minute walk to the patrolled surf beach or 10 minutes to the picturesque river mouth of Pambula river. Pambula Beach is located on the South Coast of N.S.W. known as the Sapphire Coast reflecting its beautiful blue seas. Pambula Beach is close to the townships of Pambula and Merimbula and has an airport 5 km away, accessible from Melbourne & Sydney.
A 27 hole golf course, bike/walking track, restaurants, clubs, pubs, shops, cafes, and great fishing all within a short drive, walk or courtesy bus ride away.
