Old Mill Park - Family friendly with plenty of room for everyone
Old Mill Park is an ideally-located and well-loved family home, offering stunning views across the valley and a short stroll into the centre of Bright. The well-known Rail Trail is at your doorstep, making it ideal for great walks and cycling. Providing comfortable accommodation, this well appointed home can accommodate 18 guests.
The house consists of a large kitchen and eating area, large living area, lounge room, six bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, three toilets, laundry and four to six car parking space. Old Mill Parks full-sized kitchen including; dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric stove and cook top, electric frypan, slow cooker, wok and more. All cutlery, crockery, saucepans and cooking utensils are provided.
Two separate lounge rooms, both with TV, DVD player and chromecast create great spaces for both children and adults. Reverse-cycle split systems (heating and cooling) provides that extra touch of comfort for your stay.
A great outdoor area with a barbeque and plenty of seating for all, allows for relaxed al fresco evenings.
The laundry has a washing machine and separate drier, iron and ironing board.
This property is pet friendly, however it is not fully fenced. There is an area on the front deck that has a gate so pets can be in a secure area. A maximum of 2 pets permitted and a pet fee of $45 to be paid prior to arrival.
All beds are supplied with bed linen, including sheets, pillow cases, pillows, doona and doona covers. We also supply towels, face washers and bath mats, with electric blankets on all double and queen beds. Please note that you need to provide your own bedding for the three single trundle beds (1 in bedroom 3 and 2 in bedroom 6)
Things to note:
- There is a cleaning fee of $500 charged at time of booking.
- The Victorian Government short-stay levy of 7.5% is included in the total tariff. Unfortunately software restraints don't allow showing this as a seperate item
