Welcome to the Beach! Enjoy super cozy lil funky shared Waterfront home with views of the Alsea Bay Bridge from your room. 1 spacious bedroom with Cozy Full size bed. Walk across the street to the Ocean for miles of quiet serene beaches to walk, kite, play, whatever your heart desires.
We have everything you need just bring food and your clothes.
***PLEASE NOTE: This property is NOT suitable for children or pets. There is very limited yard and concern for their safety.
*** Due to COVID -19 we are taking all cleaning and health matters serious. We will provide you with a signed off checklist for your security and comfort. We require anytime you are in the “common areas” of the house to please wear a face mask. We will practice social distancing for each other.
We have a house mate who occupies the larger room and is there only late evenings and early AM. we are here if you need anything but also will be out if your way for social distancing guidelines.
By reserving this room you are agreeing to hold home owner and home mate harmless to any COVID-19 concerns or issues.

Why they chose this property
This is a great neighborhood. Fishing, crabbing, clamming, beach walking, kayaking, hiking, kite flying, swimming and so much more.
There is something for everyone all year around in this neighborhood
The property is not suitable for children, or pets, there would be concern for safety and minimal yard.
Please NO SMOKING. If someone in your party smokes please smoke where the fireplace on the back deck is and put the cigarette butts in there. Thank you :)

What makes this property unique
You can walk to town it’s about :45 min walk. Drive is the best way but to see the true beauty of the bridge you will want to walk.
You are welcome to use any of the house EXCEPT the Master bedroom (I keep that locked while hosting ) and the upstairs sunroom. (The upstairs sunroom space is where I stay when I am hosting.)You will have the entire house, yard, deck etc to enjoy.
It is VERY rare I will be there. I travel and work away from home the majority of the time.
You are welcome to use any of the house EXCEPT the Master bedroom (I keep that locked while hosting ) and the upstairs sunroom. (The upstairs sunroom space is where I stay when I am hosting.)You will have the entire house, yard, deck etc to enjoy.
