Sunset House - 3 bedrooms, air conditioning, pool and barbecue

Casa Sunset is a three-bedroom townhouse on the paradisiacal Praia do Rosa in Santa Catarina.

The large patio has swimming pool and barbecue, dining area, lots of green, shade and rest.

On the ground floor is the living room with sofas and flat screen TV, bathroom and large and full kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and all utensils.

Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms. The main one is an air-conditioned suite with garden balcony, changing table with minibar and large glass-enclosed bathroom.

Bedroom 2 sleeps 3 people, with a double bed and an extra single bed. It also has air conditioning and a balcony to the garden.

From the balconies, you enjoy incredible views of Ibiraquera Lagoon.

And bedroom 3 also has double bed and extra single bed with ceiling fan.

We offer bedding, blankets, pillows and quilts. In addition to cabinets with hangers, shelves and drawers for guests to store their belongings.

The house has high wall offering privacy. Access is by Alejandro Mosaicos, and the region is residential, with plenty of quiet and silence.
