Classic low key 20th century beach house, two-storey with large deck and beautiful sea view. Generous air-conditioned living and dining space, modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

Bedroom 1 has 1x Queen size bed; Bedroom 2 has 1 x double bed; Bedroom 3 has 2 x single beds.

Great deck with BBQ and sea view, elevated aspect, surrounded by native trees. Large yard with kids treehouse.

Retro feel with record player and vinyl collection, separate CD player and speakers, TV/DVD, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave.

150m to kids playground, 800m to Cape Paterson shops, pub and beach.

Linen & towels are NOT provided, please BYO

Property has a 2-night minimum stay, except 26 December to 23 January which has a 7-night minimum.

Relax in nature

An old school original 1970s beach house, we relaxed in the deck amongst trees in a beautiful native garden. The house is comfortable, light and has character. 5 minute drive to surf beach no 1, great spot to unwind and chill. Host was great with communication and problem solving. Great games, puzzles and dvd collection.

Great place, Great price

We spent 3 weeks here over the Christmas / NY period and loved it. The house had everything our family needed and it was neat and well equipped and perched high amongst the trees. We've stayed here before and I'm sure we'll stay again.

Awesome place and location, 70s style home with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Brought back lots of happy memories of growing up in the 70s and 80s would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Traditional beach house

Great beach house straight out of the 60s complete with flying ducks on the wall. Good location just a short walk to good coffee and beach. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Will book again

Great area - lot's to see and do. Nice bushy surrounds - tame magpies. Couple of issues on arrival - owner promptly assisted to get sorted. Will definitely go back to Cape Paterson.

Terrible

Filthy and run down, whole place needs a revamp and new furniture. Top shower hot water doesn’t work at times. Cobwebs everywhere. Beds were ok though. Garden is overgrown and no driveway, spinning uphill every time with the car when entering the property. This place is surely not suitable to be rented out. Variety of board games and dvd’s that kept us busy. No cupboards for clothes. Best to pay little more for a decent place to rent.

Perfect Holiday House

We had a very enjoyable break. It's an older style home, in a good location. Living area is light and airy, very comfortable. Heaps of jig saws, games, records and DVD's to entertain you if the weather is inclement.

Blue House at Cape Paterson

A very lovely place to stay. It was close to the beach, very clean and had all amenities one could require. Fresh coffee for plunging was supplied and was a very nice touch.

Nice space very relaxing

Michael’s house was very comfortable and had everything we required.The position was great and we could walk to the beach if we wanted .Michael accommodated as at very short notice and we appreciated that very much .I would like to say we would be back but coming from Scotland I could not say when we would return to Australia. Cape Paterson was a great place to visit though and I would recommend it

Comfortable base in stunning coastal area.

A clean, well-worn but comfortable and spacious house in a quiet residential street. Easy and helpful communication with owner. Wide selection of DVD’s and games. Well equiped kitchen. We had a great short break there.
