* Main level: you will find a Mudroom, kitchen/dining area, living room has a sofa bed, wood stove, and access to the deck
* Bedroom 1: with Queen size bed, dresser, and closet
* Bedroom 2: with a double bed, dresser, and closet.
* Basement: you have access to a Full Washer and Dryer.

* There is a double loft area accessible by sturdy ladders in the kitchen: one with a twin, the other side with 2 twin beds.

* The meticulous backyard hosts a large deck, an outdoor fire pit, and a lawn to play games on.

* The mudroom entry is the perfect place to store your boots, skis, and coats.

This residence is located 7.8 miles from Conway Village, providing an ideal setting for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers. Within a short drive, you'll find Cranmore Mountain Resort (16 minutes away), King Pine (12 minutes away), and the picturesque Echo Lake (17 minutes away). Additionally, Storyland is a 25-minute drive, while the renowned Kancamagus Highway, offering excellent hiking and scenic drives, is just 30 minutes away.

For mountain biking enthusiasts, the popular Redstone Quarry is approximately 7 minutes away. * Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :)
* No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars, and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
* No fireworks Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10PM - 7AM
* Additional house rules for operating home-specific amenities will be located on the premises
* Return all keys- there is a $15 charge for lost or missing keys
* Follow check-out instructions for trash removal, where to leave keys, etc.
