Great Weekend!

This was a great location for a weekend trip with a group of friends. Location felt remote, but close enough to town to remain convenient. Rooms and living spaces were clean and comfortable.

Stayed with family to do story land. Very close to story land, so that that nice. Property has a lot to do and was great for the kids, added bonus was the toys and finding the gnomes in the woods. Had nice little fire for s’mores!

Great spot

The house was a little more "rundown" then expected based off the photos but it was clean and have everything we needed. We had a great time and were closed to everything. Communication was easy with the owners.

2024 Winter Vacation - White Mountains / N Conway / Jackson

We loved our stay at the Chalet at Intervale. Outstanding tucked away location. Mountain views out the back windows. There's lots of space and we took advantage of the extra bedding. We also loved the game rooms. Washer and dryer is a plus. Hghly recommended. ⛷️🏔️

Clean, Comfy Chalet

This chalet was clean, warm, and cozy. Master bed was especially comfortable and my kids loved the bunk beds. Very convenient to North Conway and all area attractions. One thing to mention is that the only way down into the basement/game room is through the only bathroom, so that could be an issue if you’re a larger family who plans on using it. Not an issue for us!

Quiet nice location

This property was very nice and clean. Great place to just go and relax. The views were beautiful. The only issue I had was that a neighbors dog. A good size boxer had just came over on 3 occasions. The first time while we were unpacking from the car and then twice the dog was on the back deck. It barked at us the third time after I told it to leave. Other then that it is a very cozy home.

The house is in a perfect quite location. House does needs some updates. But the grill and fireplace was nice to have. Pots and pans dishes and all. When we first entered the house had a urine smell maybe from a pet or something. But Marco was very nice and communicated well.

The location is great. The house was good. The tile in the kitchen counter tops should be done over because of germs getting in the grout. There should be mention of the white dog that comes over every morning in the listing or the confirmation email, the owner was slow to text us back. (hours later) The check-in time 5pm is late therefore the address or house number should be lit, he can use a solar light. The bedrooms were great, the house was clean. I booked it because of the kitchen table and the wall of windows. I would book again. Thank you!!

Seen better days

This place was probably nice at some point but it hasn’t been well kept. The whole place smelled like dog and the landscaping was completely overgrown to the point where the fire pits were essentially useless unless you wanted to be covered in tics. The game room was fun but everything was falling apart. The glass windows surrounding the dining room table was probably the highlight and was a nice place to have meals. Overall, not worth the price.

The grill did not work. The overall conditions are more run down than what looks like in the picture. The yard could of been weed walked before we arrived, lots of tall weeds. I pay a cleaning fee, yet I have to strip the beds and take my trash out. That was not mentioned before hand. Dog from across the street kept coming over bothering us. The dog was off a leash.

Peaceful Chalet

The location of this chalet was very peaceful. There was a very friendly dog that lives across the street that would come over to say hello if she saw us out front while she was outside. This chalet had everything we needed. However, it was a bit outdated. If you’re a tall, broad person then the shower may be uncomfortable for you to move around in and you can’t adjust the direction of the water. The layout was a bit odd as well. You had to walk through the only bathroom to access the basement level. It seems no one maintains the exterior anymore either. The yard would be a great place for children to play outside, or a nice place to enjoy the fire pit. However, everything was so overgrown and there was some poison ivy visible so we didn’t stay outside while there.

Not the best

The house itself is ok. It does have everything thing you need. The house was clean and there was plenty of space for my family. Now for the bad part! If you need to get a hold of the property manager it takes him hours to respond to you and he responds with rude responses. It was extremely hot and humid in the house and the AC units were not in yet. His response to that was a screen shot of the next days weather telling me that we’d be fine the next day because it would be cooler. It wasn’t cooler. We ended up going out and buying fans for the bedrooms. This house has potential but if they keep that property manager Marco who obviously doesn’t care about his job they will lose a lot of renters. We will not be returning!!!

Summer vacation

We stayed here for several days while on vacation. The house was clean, in a great location, had everything we needed for the week, and very comfortable. Our kids had a blast staying there. They enjoyed the pool and ping pong tables and getting to have their own rooms. It was close to everything we wanted to visit. I would definitely rent it again!

It's a nice chalet style house. Very clean. Great location, close to attractions, restaurants and shopping, but far enough from the main roads so you feel like you are in the mountains.

Rustic Getaway

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t spend much time in the space but it certainly felt a little more like you were in someone’s home vs a rental property. Great value if you’re just looking for a place to sleep.

Skip this one! Not like the pictures

Pictures look like a completely different house… the whole place smells of mildew and artificial lemon. Mold on the windowsills, entire place crawling with ants when we arrived. There’s a broken piece of plastic in the shower screwed in with a rusty nail that’s at child head height. The “game room” does not have a foosball table but a broken basketball game with a wooden plank covering a hole in the netting and there was mouse poop all in the basement.
