Cantley at Flutes - Expansive valley views over Cape Naturaliste National Park

"Cantley at Flutes Estate" is a modern three bedroom + games room / two bathroom house located on Caves Road in Wilyabrup, the heart of the Margaret River wine region. The property itself is located within the larger Brookland Valley winery with a private road to the cellar door, Flutes Restaurant and The Secret Garden.

There are expansive valley views over Cape Naturaliste National Park to the ocean from the living areas and each of the three bedrooms which all open out onto the return verandah.

The 5000m2 bushland block offers private and secluded accommodation.

Accommodation includes
- master bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite
- second bedroom with queen size bed and
- third bedroom with queen size bed
- Additionally a games room with a queen bed, sleeping two.
Second bathroom with shower/bath and separate toilet. All bedrooms have built in robes.

An open plan lounge/dining room with leather lounge, surround sound system with 55" LED TV, satellite receiver and blueray DVD player. Ceiling fans, reverse cycle air conditioner and beautiful wood fire in lounge/dining/kitchen area.

The games room with polished concrete floors features an air hockey table, Sony PS3 and blueray DVD player and reverse cycle air conditioner. Great for a kids getaway!

Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven and Nespresso coffee machine.

Laundry facilities including washing machine, clothes dryer, iron/ironing board and outdoor clothes line.

Other features include security system, electric hot water system, rainwater tank and outside shower.

The verandah outside the kitchen through glass bifold doors is undercover with outdoor setting and BBQ.

A lovely peaceful location to enjoy the wine region at its finest!

An Amazing accommodation

WOW is the word that came out everyone's mouth when we entered this house. Every corner, right down to every single item supplied in the kitchen, is so well thought. Not going to reveal what we find and see in this house to keep the element of surprise for other holiday makers but cant fault this house, indoor and outdoor, we didnt want to leave!

A amazing home and property in an amazing place.

Beautiful clean home with large areas suitable for a large family such as ours. Everything a home should have that people would require in a rental for a period of time. Huge glass windows to allow in the fantastic views. We would have loved more time there to make full use of this beautiful home and property but we were on a schedule due to our daughter’s wedding. It would have been great if the hot plates had the correct instructions as the wrong instructions were supplied. It would have also been great if we could have used the bbq but it wasn’t clean.

A Birthday to remember

This stunning property accommodates all. We spent an entire week with loved ones to celebrate my thirtieth & what a memorable week it was. J’s has everything for everyone plus more! I cannot recommend this property enough. Whether you’re sitting out in the sunshine on comfy beanbags, Nestling into the reclining lounge watching netflix to going out for a bushwalk or completely falling into relaxation in the huge bath provided. There were toy boxes, playstation games, all cooking appliances & utensils provided (just to name a few)Thank You for Andy (J’s owner) who helped assist when we had some small issues with the bins not being emptied etc. Thank You again & hopefully we will be back again soon!

Stunning property in a beautiful natural setting

We spent an absolutely fantastic week at J’s retreat over new year. We were genuinely blown away when we set eyes on the house - could not have been more impressed with not only the way it looked (the aesthetic and attention to detail are incredible), but also importantly the way it flowed and more than comfortably accommodated a family group of 8. It felt very relaxing and luxurious at the same time. It is also in the perfect natural setting. Really enjoyed the walks and runs in the surrounding bush, with only the local kangaroos, kookaburras, parakeets and other natives for company. You’re also super handy for the local vineyards, breweries, distilleries, chocolate factories, eateries etc etc .... and beautiful beaches of course! All in all, Margaret River is my favourite place in Australia .... and J’s Retreat was the most perfect place to be. Forever memories for our kids and family, for which we are incredibly grateful. Thank you.

Stunning property in a beautiful tranquil location

Wow, what a tranquil place this is to stay, so quite at night. In the morning we awoke only to the soft chirp of birds and throughout the day we bathed in the warmth of the sun that flooded the open plan living spaces. The place is immaculate, incredibly well organized and equipped with lots of love for detail. The quality is ***** 5 stars from the cutlery, appliances, crockery and glassware through to the furniture, super comfy bed linen and bath towels. The kitchen is a dream come true with high-end appliances such as the combi steam oven, induction stove and even a tap providing instant boiling, chilled or sparkling filtered rainwater. The house is brand new and modern. Most striking is the effortless flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces capturing stunning views of the surrounding native bush. Such a great place to either enjoy solitude, peace and quite or the perfect setting for a social gathering with friends and family. Needless to say we loved our stay, highly recommend it and looking forward to returning.

An Outstanding Property

We have been visiting the Margaret River region for 15 years, and this is without question the best house in which we have stayed. It is brand new, ultra-modern, and extremely spacious, stylishly fitted out to the highest standard. Nothing has been left to chance, and everywhere you turn there are surprise-and-delight features, whether in the incredibly equipped gourmet-cook's kitchen & scullery, the theatre room, huge comfortable sofas, expansive covered outdoor areas - or the parrots, robins and kookaburras flying past the windows and calling in the trees or the kangaroos hopping out of the bush. A cul-de-sac of widely spaced blocks separated by bush reserve, Flutes Estate is adjacent to Brookland Valley winery and Flutes Restaurant. There is absolutely no traffic noise, just the distant rumble of surf above the noises of the bush. We were there just for a long weekend and wished it could have been a week. We will definitely be back!

Great House made a Great Stay

Stayed for 10 nights. House is in a great location. Maybe a 20 min drive to Margaret River, 10 minutes to Smith Beach. Right in the heart of the wineries. Private location, no neighbors to bother you. House has big open kitchen, dining, living so you are all together and no one left out while cooking. huge wrap around deck with separate outdoor dining table and grill made for even more room. Glass sliding doors on 3 sides made the rooms bright and brought in the cool air at night. The bedrooms are all good size. Plenty of closet space. The baths, clean, big and modern. Owner is super easy to work with. communication great. security deposit returned quickly. Would definitely stay there again. thanks for a great stay.

Devine view, well appointed, luxury home

We loved our stay at Cantley on Flutes. The owners have put a lot of thought into the decor and fittings to the home making it extremely comfortable and inviting. Little extras such as some coffee pods, a few essentials in the cupboard and quality linen and towels make the stay awesome! The sunsets are amazing in this private and exclusive estate! Highly recommended!
