PARKING:
Available on a first-come, first-served basis each day with three tandem parking spots allocated for the four units in the building. You may park only ONE vehicle per unit if you secure a spot.

RESTRICTIONS:
We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS
The pool closes at 11PM
No smoking on the property

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. The Beds are awful when I go on vacation I want to sleep well! Should have had blackout curtain in bedroom! Furniture was old and not comfortable! Very hot shower that was nice! Close to Duval and that was nice! Place was plenty cool!

Over all a very good stay. The 2 chairs do need updated, one does have a tear on the arm. it is very close to Duval for walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. The grocery store on the corner is a plus.

Pros: we loved the location!!! It was a convenient walk to everything!!! The grounds crew were great! Pool was cleaned every day. Blew the leaves etc The pool areas is very nice and we utilized it a lot. Cons: The floors/rugs were disgustingly dirty. The furniture was ripped and stained the towels are grey and dingy. Dishwasher was broke you can hear your neighbors next door and the people below us could hear us walking/talking etc.
