Kyabram House - family & pet friendly house

Kyabram House is an ideal property for families and groups wishing to stay under the same roof. The rear yard is fully fenced to enclose both pets and children safely. The property is centrally located in Kyabram, making it an easy walk to the town's shopping strip, hotels, restaurants & cafes.

Kyabram itself is central to the Goulburn River Valley, hosting many of its own events but also close to the Murray River, Echuca Moama and Shepparton.

The house has four separate bedrooms, large open-plan living/dining/kitchen, two bathrooms - one with bath over shower and toilet, the other with shower and toilet. Lush rear garden, with entertaining and BBQ area including outdoor kitchen. The house is fully equipped and all linen is provided. Sorry, no dishwasher..

Kyabram House is centrally located

Kyabram township has a thriving shopping strip and business community. There is a local swimming pool, located next to the skate park, one block back from the shops. Also a cinema in the main street. The town is known for its Fauna Park which is well worth a visit!

Kyabram House comprises four bedrooms, including two queen size beds and two single beds, and single bunks; a large living and dining area, one main bathroom (shower over bath & toilet), second bathroom in laundry (shower and toilet), record player and records to reminisce over. BBQ and seating outdoors on deck. The house is fully equipped and all bed and bath linen is provided.

Kyabram House retains features you would expect in an 80 year old Californian bungalow include polished floorboards, original cornice & fretwork; renovations have updated the kitchen and open-plan living/dining area; step outside to a deck and BBQ area and a large fully enclosed yard. There are plenty of dining options nearby including hotels, restaurants, cafes and takeaway food. There is a garage and carport and plenty of off-street parking if towing a trailer or boat or extra vehicles.

Beautiful home with all the charm of an old house but with modern convenience. Stayed here 3nights with my mum (82)and Aunts(75). Second time staying here and again it didn't disappoint. House is lovely and clean and well equipped. Great location as base while doing the silo art in the area.

Kyabram stay

Kyabram House is a lovely, very comfortable getaway — old world charm with modern conveniences, including air-con which made the house easy to keep warm on the cold winter nights. The location is great, being within walking distance of the centre of town. Most of all, the large fenced backyard was perfect for my dog, though it was also great that she was allowed indoors with me. We both really enjoyed our stay.

Kyabram House was great.

Perfect location 1 minute from the heart of the beautiful town of Kyabram. Paul was very easy to deal with, good communicator and very accommodating towards us as we were evacuating the flooding in Shepparton. The home is very spacious, comfortable and child friendly. Back yard very clean and tidy and our kids loved playing there. Thank you Paul.

Everything was great! The property is old, (as expected) but has heaps of character! It was clean and well stocked with all the household items we needed. Great location, & we appreciated the air conditioning in the evening after touring the Silo Art areas all day, as it was 37-40c while we were there! We were aware (from reviews) traffic noise can be a problem at night, but we went prepared & didn’t have a problem. It was easy to communicate with the owner. We will return!!

Comfortable

The beds are comfortable, alas not the same for the pillows. There's plenty of room in this house & each room has reverse cycle air-conditioning so you can heat or cool room by room to suit. There are 2 large couches to sit on & the dinning table is large to accommodate families. Easy walk to the shops & 2 pubs. Go to dinner at a pub & walk home if you have had too much to drink. I had a few issues, but Paul rang me several times to apologise profusely. I had not been to Kyabram before & didn't know the property was on the main road. Compared to main roads in Melbourne, it was nothing, but for me it was annoying, cars trucks & B-doubles. Having said that it did stop enough to sleep.
