Everything and more for your perfect holiday: a comfortable lounge with TV and DVD player, ceiling fans and wood heater; a dining table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher; a master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), a second queen bedroom, a room for the kids with 2 sets of bunks, and a second bathroom with sink and shower and separate toilet. The house also has a laundry with iron, ironing board, washing machine and dryer, and there's a clothes line at the back of the house. The terrace along the living area / dining / kitchen gives you breathtaking views of the town, the harbour and the Bay with a BBQ and outdoor furniture.

Con's place was in a lovely location, the view was fantastic and the fire was really nice to have. The place was very rundown, as per previous reviews. The cold tap in the ensuite didn't work, all the taps leaked, there was prolific mould throughout the bathrooms, and a lot of the light globes were either not working or not there. We had a problem with the hot water system stopping working, Con was responsive when messaged, but we essentially had to troubleshoot the problem ourselves. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The majority of the house is made of glass windows or doors, it would have been nice to have had the option of curtains or blinds for privacy/warmth. The house has so much potential if it was just given a little bit of love. All that said, we had a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Esperance.

Location was great, kitchen well stocked, unfortunately cold tap in the ensuite bathroom did not work and mold on the shower glass. The whole place needed a deep clean as it smelt of damp.

Good stay, lots of room but needs some attention/maintenance. Leaking taps, curtains not working, stuffy bedroom. Supposed to be 2pm check in but not ready till much later. Otherwise good and would stay again.

Good maintained property with easy access to town and jetty. House was very clean and well arranged. Also, it is at the mid-point between the Great Ocean drive, all beaches and to the National park. Will be looking at re-booking same anytime visiting Esperence.

Communication with Con was seamless as was the check in process. The house was exceptionally clean and equiped well with everything we’d need. The kitchen had everything we needed, enough bath towels were provided and the beds were comfortable. We’d love to return to Harbour View again, which is very well located near the Esperance town centre.

Superb Hospitality & very accomadating

Having had a family discussion, we agreed how inviting & warm the vibe was once we walked in & aware we were staying the 5 nights, location ideal, facilities provided great & comunication with the Host was supportive & pleasant & no issues whatsoever & look forward to returning in future.
