Very comfortable cottage with everything you need, short drive into Bright, and a bit over an hour to Mt Hotham.

Redruth is a lovely cottage in a nice area close to Bright. The heaters worked well and it heated up relatively quickly - it was freezing when we arrived. Kindlings would have been an advantage. I liked also all the artwork on the walls. However, for this sort of property, it is a little pricey I would say, compared to other cottages we’ve stayed before.
A beautiful cottage, five minutes drive from Bright. Located in beautiful, relaxing surrounds ideal for a family skiing getaway in winter, one hour’s drive from Mt Hotham. It has everything needed for an enjoyable stay, well heated for winter including a log fireplace. We hope to get back soon!

too many rules and rats? in the ceiling. Left a day earlier
Just perfect. Old, solid, big trees, lots of shaded garden space, well appointed kitchen, interesting books to read, quiet. Will be interested to see how the solid walls deal with a winter stay (which is definitely on the cards).
