3 Bedroom home with secure back yard in a quiet street
15min walk to Beach/Jetty and water park
Fully equipped kitchen. Tea, coffee and sugar supplied.
NO PETS
NO SMOKING inside of home
NO bed linen, towels or toiletries supplied
All rooms have quilts and pillows on beds
Split system refrigerated a/c and heater to main living area.
Rear deck/verandah has a barbecue, and extra drinks fridge.
Fish cleaning area
NO Washing of boats/vehicles at property.
There is no bath, just a shower
Lawn area and concrete path.
Check in at 2pm upon arrival and Checkout no later than 10.30am on departure

There are 4 x queen beds in the house, as per the pictures

Additional information about rental rates:
8 persons maximum
Refundable Damage Security of AU$250 is put on hold until final inspection is complete
The cleaning fee only covers for sanitisation, and preparation for the next guests. Any additional cost incurred due to time spent for excess cleaning, repairs, rubbish removal, etc, will be debited from the held damage security
20% rental cost Deposit applies to secure a booking (non refundable)
All Fees payable 21 days prior to arrival.

Minimum 3 night Stay for regular times
Minimum 4 night stay for Easter
Minimum 5 night stay for Christmas period

We had an excellent stay. The property was very clean and well equipped. My boys loved the Wii and large backyard. Beautiful outdoor setting and deck to have meals. Short drive to the beach and owner was prompt and friendly with communication.

Home away from home

Brilliant and well equipped property in a quiet spot. Everything was well set out and catered for our larger family very well. Rob was a brilliant host with excellent communication. Kids certainly loved the little welcome gift. Location suited us well and kids loved being able to walk to the beach and to friend's houses. Thanks again!

Pro - good location able to walk to beach, great seating for many people both inside and outside, lovely lawn, wash machine, shower good pressure and hot water lasted most days, great kitchen utensils, bed comfortable, able to check in early and leave later, good parking for multiple vehicles. WII for entertaining and some games in working order Con - steep stairs to front door, TV unable to get to work even after searching for booster, no dishwasher, no wifi, games pieces missing, DVD player but no DVDs, bedrooms small.

Good property for families, photos dont really do it justice. Be good if there was bigger fans in the bedrooms, they were very hot at night. Nice gesture by host leaving some beers and chocolates in fridge for arrival

I would give it a 9 out of 10 if I have to be picky if it gets high 30 degrees the bedrooms would be hot but Rob supplied fans for the rooms air conditioner works great in kitchen lounge are thanks for everything Rob great house
