V.I.P Beach - V.I.P beach is just a short walk from the Casablanca Buffet restaurant. This beach area is fully equipped with beautiful beds (some two-tiered) for relaxing and four large Jacuzzis right on the beach. We have two full service bars and a staff that is raring to go. This area also has a fresh, daily Sushi Bar.

V.I.P World - Is located near our sports bar and it has a lovely pool area surrounded by beautiful beds designed for relaxing. There is also a full service bar and a keen staff waiting for you. This area is also set up to serve various foods for lunch.

Excursions - If you would like to find out more information about various excursions the staff will be able to provide you with information on the various excursions offered and any additional information you may require. Some of the excursions include: Cliff Jumping and/or Waterfall, Exploration, Zip-Lining, Quad Biking, City Tours via Cable car, Snorkeling, Scuba Diving, Horseback riding, Speedboat, Catamaran, Helicopter Flights, Nature Hike, River Rafting.

Ocean World - Day Pass visitors have the opportunity to snorkel in our Tropical Reef Aquarium, learn about marine mammals, feed exotic tropical birds, walk through a tropical rain forest, and observe Dolphin Show, Shark Show, Sea Lions Show and Tropical Bird Show. Guests will also have free access to the dolphin beach, as well as to the fresh water pool, chairs-lounge and much more! (purchase required for day pass)

Spa Services - The resort has two Spa centers, one is located within The Tropical Hotel grounds and the other one is located on the Cofresi Palm grounds near the Spa suites. These two Spa Centers also have full hairdressing services.

Thursday Night Ocean World Party - Every Thursday night the Club holds a party at Ocean World. Light foods are served followed by the Las Vegas inspired Bravissimo Show. This hour long show will delight and entertain you. After the show you can try your luck at the casino or you can dance the night away at the Lighthouse Lounge. Shuttles start leaving from V.I.P World at 8:00 pm until 8:40 pm.

Welcome Party - Every Sunday night Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club holds a gala event at the Peninsula. You will be notified if the location of the party is changed or if the party is cancelled due to inclement weather. The night begins with a spectacular five-star buffet, continues with live entertainment and culminates with a fantastic fireworks display which lights up the Caribbean sky. Shuttles start leaving from the Tropical reception area at 7:30 pm for the Peninsula.

Restaurant Reservations - Once you have arrived at the resort you will be greeted by one of our V.I.P Service Representatives and they will assist you with your restaurant reservations for the duration of your stay.

Check-in and Check-out policies:

Check-in (starting) 3.00 pm Check-out (latest) 11.30 am. Guests staying beyond check-out time without prior notice/agreement will be charged automatically for one additional day. Extra charges: such as laundry services, telephone charges, etc. are to be promptly and fully paid during the check-out process. All guests must check-out at the same desk to which they checked-in at the beginning of their vacation.

Airport Transportation - I can arrange free transportation to and from the airport for you compliments of the resort! Please let me know at least 1 week prior to your check in date your flight schedule and I can arrange that for you! The nearest airport to the resort is Puerto Plata (POP). Do not book a flight into Santo Domingo, it is over 2 hours away from the resort and airport transportation cannot be arranged from that airport.
