This 3 bedroom cottage has all the amenities normally found in a family home - split system air conditioning and a wood heater add to the comfort.
The cottage is part of our lifestyle property where we live on 30 acres and has direct access to the Murray River and red gum forests. It is about 10km from the township of Barham NSW.
Birdlife abounds - kookaburras, finches, rosellas, babblers. The state forest is right next door ready for exploring on foot or by bike. Or perhaps you might feel like an evening paddle on the Murray river.
Pastimes may include bird watching, bushwalking, bike riding, canoeing and fishing.
Linen & towels are provided.
Guests will have access to the cottage and surrounds, including undercover parking.
No tents, swags, campervans or caravans - the cottage is only suitable for 6 guests.
As this is a natural environment boarded by the Murray River and there is no fencing around the house or along the River EXTRA CARE is required by guests with small children - especially toddlers.

Accommodation

The cottage consists of 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has 1xQueen size bed, bedroom 2 has 1xQueen size bed and 1xsingle bed, bedroom 3 has 1xking single bed. The bathroom has a huge shower, bath and laundry facilities. The living area is open plan with a large kitchen and cosy dining room and lounge with a wood heater. With a BBQ and outdoor setting al fresco dining is easy.
